    Suck it up.

    I routinely tell my kids:

    "buck up"

    and..

    "rub some dirt on it."

Fake it til' you make it.

    "Just save money"

Scenario: Every relationship problem that someone brings up

    Pat Answer: Communicate.

Reason why this answer is stupid: If a wife asks a man what he thinks of her and he says, well, she's a nagging *kitten*, it will likely make her *kitten* iness worse.

The reality (both ways actually) is:

I have to be very careful when I ask my bride for her honest opinion. I just might get it...

    "Be Safe"

I always say that to my kids.

But then again, I always say "Make Good Choices!" & "Stranger Danger !!" to them as well.

okay, that's not exactly accurate, I don't say those things..... I actually shout those lines.

very, very loudly and always in front of their friends.

My kids are all adults, so the advice has gone from "Make good choices" to "Be good or be good at it."
