@jerier thanks so much! I know that I'm here go stay because I haven't given up. It's became a really good habit at staying in my calorie range, logging and the exercise. I'm not really beating myself up over the cookies. I'm just glad I didn't eat them after dinner and ruin my whole day lol

This is me, @deepwoodslady ! I find it helps to force myself to log even if I end up well over my limit. But then I also have days like today, when I don't log at all and allow myself a 'naughty' day3 -
I’m 59, female, mostly plant based, and lover of outdoors. This is my third round; the first one really kept me accountable, the second one was an eye-opener. What I have learned is that my foods and the amounts really do matter. My tracking needs to be accurate and if I eat it, it needs to be tracked. This round’s goals: no eating after supper, no trigger foods and to stay up-to-date with my Bible study.

@tiabirdie56 haha!! Too funny. I was close to that yesterday and had to stop myself, was hard to stop though! They are still at my house, my older 2 kiddos have been away for the weekend and they will be back tonight. Hoping they like them so I can pack them in their lunches! I do try and limit their sweets also though.2 -
My goal is to stay under my calorie goal, 1200, and to lose 3 pounds. I want to exercise 3-4 times a week, and drink about a gallon of water a day. I find that I eat more towards the end of the day when I'm tired, so I'm allowing myself NO after dinner snacks. Thanks for the support and accountability, guys!
9/15 - 185 lbs: I went only 35 calories over my goal, which is 1200 calories a day. I drank a gallon of water, too, which is good. Was out doing yard work in the sun all day so hopefully with the sweating and extra water intake, I'll lose some water weight!
9/16 - Forgot to weight myself today . But I was 159 calories under my calorie goal, even though we had a potluck at my church and they had my favorite mouth-watering donuts for dessert. I made it, tho!

I’m back in and a little late to this round! Been a rough few months and have gained back what I had lost. Had surgery and have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Knowing how the thyroid effects metabolism, I realize I’m in for an uphill battle. I love this challenge and appreciate the support and accountability that it offers!

Be sure to read the ingredients and the nutrient profile. There are a couple of things in the ingredients that do not make me happy, but I only drank it as a sweet treat once in a while at the end of the day. Two boxes, 14 packets, would last me all winter.
Thanks so much for the info. I would only be using it as a sweet treat too, but it's nice that it gives another source of protein in the diet all while enjoying a treat.

9/15 164.4 Besides getting trapped in that over eating mode at times ..I think sodium is my biggest foe.
9/16 164.2 Anything lower is good. Limited myself to 2 pieces of pizza. We will see?

9/15--157.8 staying steady at this weight. This is definitely a lot later than I usually post but I did weigh myself this morning just wasn't able to post till now (even if in a short amount of time I will have to re weigh in) good day yesterday. 90 min of work out, ate fairly well and got 1.6 liters of water in. Here is to a great start!!!
9/16-- 157 once again late post but once again I weighed in this morning. Was super excited to see this but I know it's only for the day. Yesterday I worked out like crazy but unfortunately didn't eat or sleep much, (about 4 hours) only having a little over a liter of water. Today I ate well but it was my last day house/dog sitting and when my friends came home they took us out for pizza. I haven't had pizza for a long time and apparently I was super hungry because I ate 3 slices 😣😣😣 I have never ate so much in my life, so this will definitely show on the scale in the morning. I haven't sabotaged myself in a while....but here we as again.

I'd like to stay focused every single day this round, trying to secure my place here in … ONEDERLAND! I am on the verge of leaving my “Obese” BMI behind.

4) To start thinking about increasing my exercise regime, which has been my game plan as my BMI moves out of Obese. Have a plan ready by the end of this round.

Hi, again. I couldn't finish most of the challenges but I'm still around here. So, I hope this will be better and I'll finish it. Maybe I'll make it a confession of bad habits, however, I have to change things. Ok, here we go.

Yesterday I binged and ate junk food at night. I have some phrases of eating junk food 3-4 times in a year. I eat every day for a few weeks but then sick of it. I think it's time to sick of it. I'll be better, promise to myself. I'm just having so many anxious thoughts in my mind these days about work, Ph.D., relationships etc. Emotional/stress eating is my thing... I'm about to program my life these days and, diet and exercise are part of it.
9/16 86.4 kg (190.4 lbs) but after breakfast because I forgot weighing before
Confession is coming... I drank alcohol, one beer, one glass of wine and two shots of tequila. So I might be dehydrated. I also ate a brownie and pizza. However, I walked 15k steps. I hope today will be better.

Yay! No need to confess. I didn't binge, eat junk food or drink alcohol. And see the lower weight, that's what should I do. Actually yesterday I really wanted to eat dessert, but I didn't let myself. And also yesterday I bought myself a running shirt for myself which gives me motivation. I really like it and it's medium size and kinda fits me, normally I wear XL. Starting next week I'll be really busy, I think it'll be good for my diet, there'll be no time to eat. I realized that when I'm at home, I tend to binge. And this summer I was mostly at home so gained lost of weight. I believe myself, even I took a "before pic".

9/16 71kg! That's not bad. I had a wonderful time at the wedding, great food and so much love between the couple. I am exhausted today and will potter around at home and also write the script for the next scenes in my work drama aka the proposal for the team set up. I will probably also get outside for a walk at some point, my steps have not been great the last few days, and I'm sure I'll need some time to free the brain fog later.
9/17 72, no surprise after the weekend. But I've checked in all my weight on MFP and the curve is all over the place, but on a downward trend. It's also been really interesting to read all my notes from the last two months. I haven't lost as much as I would have liked to, the number of 'exceptions' I had give the reason why.
Yesterday wasn't as productive as I had hoped, but I did go for a beautiful walk

15/09 Busy work week, kept pretty well to my meal planner.

17/09 Had a pretty lazy day to end post-race recovery week yesterday, little walk to keep active, scale is being nice at the moment, all my race/shark week water weight is off and then some. Today's goals are to get my meal prep done for the week, making some pan fried chicken and quinoa salad for lunches and salmon fishcakes for a couple of dinners. 9/17 - 153.5 - There's the salt, or the fact that I keep moving my scale due to our bathroom remodel. I double checked my gross calories consumed for the past week and I haven't gone over 1400 calories, in fact I'm usually at 1100 to 1200 a day. I'll just keep riding this out.

09/15 177.2 Well that's a nice way to start the round
09/16 177.6 That's fine I expected a bounce, and I was thirsty all day yesterday so that big drop may have been partly dehydration. A workout and 2 walks yesterday - so it was a good day.

I stopped mid-round because I got discouraged. I lost sight of these challenges, give me 10 days means just that- focus only on these 10 days don’t think about future!! That’s the only way I made it through last time I did this a year ago and I have to go back to that mentality. Plus I really need to hit goal- winter is coming up and I can’t afford new fall & winter coats!!!
