I was just thinking how amazing it was that this thread is still in Food & Nutrition, not moved . . . elsewhere.1 -

I must admit that my inner dialogue was not dissimilar to a recent Joff saying, but figured that would take us out of family fun territory.1 -

Yuppers (it's for the best, as you can probably see in this thread )2 -
I honestly have no idea - I searched for "fat bombs" and got some really fantastic pictures, but I can't figure out how to link to any recipes. I think the basic idea is to mix the main ingredients together, add whatever's needed to get the consistency right, form into balls and refrigerate.
Saw your edit - yup, it's mostly keto. I'm sure most of them would take up the majority of my calories for the day, but it might be worth it.1 -
I think peanut butter and Nutella would be amazing together.

Wonder if you could substitute cookie dough butter for Nutella?
ETA: I actually came into the thread expecting a nice sciencey discussion of why fat is important given who the OP is and got shoes and cookies instead. Which, in my current drugged up state after surgery, is probably better.8 -

Thanks - all is well, just a miserable recovery.

Skirt steak?
If you are in Britain, yes.
In America, skirt refers to a different cut (adjacent to the flank).

Actually, it's very tender.

I have never seen hanger for sale here in San Diego. Maybe I could try a butcher shop.0
-
Will have to ask the butcher about hanger, too. I absolutely love flank steak. Well marinated, properly seared, rare-to-medium rare, sliced across the grain at an angle. It's amazing.3

So, I think the only thing we're missing here is kitteh gifs, no?1
-
Did someone say kitteh gifs????
3 -
So I googled "fat kitty steak" gif. You're welcome.
