    On everything all the time.
Not crazy bacon-wrapped cream cheese style.
But if that’s your thing, cool.
    For me:
    MCT In my coffee.
Olive oil and tahini on my green things.
Naturally occurring in my grass fed meats and fatty fish.
    My brain/skin/body loves the lipids.

Also, I still have PTSD from the fat free 90s.

This post might be helpful, but fat is always the one macro I have trouble reaching each day.

    Avocado.
    Grass fed butter or ghee.
Cheese from goats milk or grass-fed cows.
Organ meats or muscle meat from sustainably raised animals, pastured or grass fed.
    Whole eggs.
    Nuts and seeds.
    Olive and avocado oil.
MCT oil or Bulletproof oil if you are a Dave Asprey junkie.
    Olives.

No! No gravy! Crispy cheese must remain crispy!

Gravy for dipping? Not on it long enough to make things soggy

Oh, dipping. I was thinking the gravy was poured over the cheese :o

No. Rich needs acid dip. I vote traditional: Ketchup (catsup? ;) ).

My favorite dip I've ever had for them was a red pepper jelly. It was sweet and spicy, and they were jalapeno cheese sticks. So good.

If it's camembert, then the dip needs to be cranberry. There is no disputing this.

Cranberry dip? I need a recipe for that!

I will confess it comes from the pizza place along with the deep fried camembert...I think it's just cranberry sauce/jelly?

Carbs are sugars and sugars are carbs. Starches are just chains of sugars and fiber is just chains of sugars you don't have the enzymes required to digest.

Do you have to spoil everything with SCIENCE?!
