    Lunch: Hot Italian Beef sandwich (shaved beef, green pepper, mozzarella cheese) on Italian bread, open-faced. Chips.
    Dinner: Moroccan Beef with saffron rice, pan-seared summer squash chunks, flatbread.
    Afternoon snack: Hot tea and a rice krispie treat
    Evening snack: Hot tea and two Danish butter cookies.

    Yesterday-
    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, greek yogurt and blueberries
    Lunch: Scrambled egg with spinach and mozzeralla, 2 morningstar sausage patties, a light english muffin
    Snack: Dark chocolate mini Reese's
    Dinner: Leftover shephard's pie
    Dessert: Made cupcakes for a work event, so snacked on a little batter and icing

    Today-
    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, Quest protein bar
    Lunch: Work lunch (socially distanced!), so will be having a slice of pizza, buffalo chicken dip with a few chips, and probably 1 dessert
    Snack: Skinny pumpkin spice latte
    Dinner: Either leftover shephard's pie or takeout

    Yesterday
    Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter & strawberry jam mixed in, coffee
    Lunch: cauliflower gnocchi in butter, sage & garlic with extra broccoli & cauliflower and a smoothie made from 1 banana, vanilla protein powder & almond milk.
    Dinner: tofu stir fry with tons of veggies, brown rice, and a slice of Claire Saffitz' coffee coffee cake. Decaf coffee.

    Today
    Breakfast: toaster waffle w/ sugar-free syrup, fried egg with salsa verde, coffee
    Lunch: 2 chicken chunks, pea salad, green beans.
    Dinner: Jersey Mike's mini Italian sandwich and very likely some Halloween candy.

    Lunch: Garlic rice, sauteed chickpeas and green beans, and gardein chick'n.

    Dinner: Tasty Bite ancient grains and chana masala, and roasted broccoli.

    Lots of errands!! Trying to get some x-mas shopping done and buying some Christmas decorations for our house🎅🌲❄⛄

    Today's my birthday & celebrated some last night too, so these days are "off"! :D

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast - toaster waffle with sliced strawberries, veggie sausage link, fried egg & coffee
    Lunch - TVP taco salad w/ sour cream & salsa verde, La Tiara shells crumbled in, and a lot of sauteed peppers and onions.
    Snack: 1/2 Pure Protein chocolate chip cookie dough bar and a few pumpkin spice marshmallows with a cup of cinnamon apple tea.
    Dinner - fresh onion rings, pulled pork with BBQ sauce on the side and collard greens
    Snack - small oatmeal cookie frozen custard

    Today:
    Breakfast - maple flavored Greek yogurt & coffee
    Mid-morning - grande pumpkin cream cold brew from Starbucks (was pretty gross & I dumped half of it)
    Lunch - Chinese takeout with lots of veggies, shrimp & chicken, 1/2 order steamed rice, crab rangoon, and then TWO small yet fancy/rich cupcakes...one red velvet, one chocolate.
    Dinner - veggie burger with pickles & mustard. That was it. Enough is enough! haha

    Chocolate protein shake with cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup 1 cup green tea
    Lunch
    Vegetarian chili with red onions, shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream, 1 slice jalapeño cornbread (warm) with butter and a large diet coke
    Snack
    Handful of Clancys Moscow mule potato chips and probably another diet coke.
    Dinner
    Still not sure..

    Breakfast: egg taco on a corn tortilla w/ peppers and salsa plus a few each of blueberries, sliced strawberries & pineapple chunks, coffee of course.

    Lunch: vegan pumpkin pancakes w/ whole cranberries in them, a dab of sugar-free syrup & whipped topping & decaf coffee.

    Dinner: TVP pasta with homemade marinara, diced celery, onions & mushrooms, and some melted provolone. Maybe a beer. We'll see.

    Single serve cereal cup of Raisin Bran Crunch with pecans on top, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 cup coffee with Splenda and half and half

    Cherry Greek yogurt with some cottage cheese mixed in and a large diet coke
    Lunch
    Will be late because I have a hair appointment. Time to add some highlights back in. Thinking tomato soup with oyster crackers.
    Dinner
    TBD Might be more of a snack thingy since I'll be eating a later lunch 😊

    Lunch: 1/3 portion of leftover cashew chicken and rice, with three wheat crackers.
    Dinner: Farfalle cooked with alfredo sauce, chicken, and spinach. 1 piece of garlic toast.
    Afternoon snack: A rice krispie treat. 20 ounce mug of tea.
    Evening snack: two danish butter cookies and a 20 ounce mug of tea.

    (I like hot tea a lot.)

    Dinner: Kale, lentil, and spicy sausage soup

    A few christmas cookies and milk
    Today we walked a 5 mile trail in our forest preserve and yard work..🌻

    Yesterday (a big hiking day)
    Breakfast - 2 fried eggs with salsa, banana & Nutella on toast, coffee
    Lunch - chicken alfredo with artichokes, peppers & tomatoes...later, an Americano
    Dinner - shrimp, steamed broccoli, small baked potato w/ butter & sour cream and a raspberry filled cupcake

    Today
    Breakfast - French toast casserole w/ raspberries & blueberries, coffee
    Lunch - tuna salad on lettuce, carrots & celery with roasted pepper hummus, a lemon macaron & lemon tea
    Dinner - spaghetti with homemade marinara, peppers, onions & veggie meatballs

    Snack: White chocolate raspberry cheesecake

    Lunch - split peas w/ carrot & onion, cottage cheese, and a smoothie made from banana, blueberries, strawberries & almond milk.

    Dinner - salmon patties, home fries, and steamed asparagus.

    Dessert: Melogold grapefruit with a bit of honey

    Likely also having another coffee tonight as I'm working on transitioning back to nightshift and am gunna need ALL the caffeine!
