    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer with a kale, egg, and mushroom mix on a wheat tortilla
    Lunch: Leftover spicy Italian sausage pasta
    Post workout: Chocolate protein shake with sausage added
    Snack: Cottage cheese and a peach
    Dinner: Leftover salmon, mango salsa, and coconut rice

    Upped my calories yesterday because I was unintentionally losing weight so still have around 300 calories after working out. No idea what to fill that with. D:

    Vanilla greek yogurt and a chocolate chip chewy protein bar. 1 cup coffee with splenda and half and half
    Lunch
    1 meatball with cheese tortellini, side salad with light ranch salad dressing and a large diet coke. 1 sugar free mini dark chocolate bar
    Afternoon
    1 cup coffee with splenda and half and half
    Dinner
    Chocolate cherry protein smoothie with heavy hit of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup
    Walked a 6 mile trail today...Hope everyone is doing great😊

    Busy day. Plan to walk a trail, meeting with my moms ot and pt therapist and puppy is having surgery. Happy friday😊

    Pasta e fagioli soup, side salad with light ranch dressing, 1 slice garlic bread and a large diet coke

    Poor puppy had a tough night..He was fixed and had his nares widened (He's a French Bulldog) not digging his cone he keeps bumping into things😊 Going to try for a trail today but it might be a day of TLC for the little guy...Have a great Saturday everyone❤

    Slice of apple pie with a generous scoop of Ben and Jerry's "The Tonight Dough" ice cream

    Lunch: 1/2 leftover grilled chicken Cava bowl
    Snack: Venti iced chai with 2 shots added
    Dinner: Dijon balsamic chicken with zucchini and squash sauteed in a little molasses, a Leinenkugal beer
    Dessert: Ice cream on a wafel cone - have like 5 different flavors in the freezer so it's gunna be hard to pick! D:

    Breakfast: A Peruvian-origin coffee with milk (sweetened with 1 tsp of pure maple syrup just to see what it was like. Verdict: too sweet). Cheesy egg white omelette, half an avocado, and a green apple

    Snack: A bullet-type coffee --> Jamaican Blue Mountain with 1 tsp of coconut oil instead of milk. Followed by a glass of water and my fiber supplement.

    Lunch: Vega protein shake (1.5 scoops)

    Snack: Sesame Snaps.

    Dinner: The last of the sloppy joes (which I had frozen) along with some crumbled, roasted tempeh that I mixed into it.
