My last exercise of 2018 was 2 km of walking while shoveling the 20cm/8in of snow that fell.
A good example of why shoveling snow causes so many medical incidents in people who are sedentary.
I mean who would think you could log 2 km walking back and forth on your driveway into your house.
So that leaves me 200km short of my minimum goal of 1300km and 500km short of my stretch goal.

Finished the year with some hard intervals. Really struggling to even hit my speed target with them.
For the year, I ran 783.1 miles over 187 activities with an average pace of 9:08/M. I didn't run the first 6 weeks of the year because I had broken fingers and a bunch of stitches (and out on workman's comp) and was afraid of falling and injuring my hand even further (and getting in trouble at work I made it worse). I also don't run a lot in July and August because of the heat, but I'm going to try to do better this year with at least getting in some time on the treadmill if the heat index is over 95 instead of just skipping my run.6 -
