I had a plan today, but in a rare turn of events, I actually ignored my alarm. Could. Not. Get. Out of bed. My planned run got shorter and shorter until it completely disappeared because now I don't have time. I wonder if my body isn't fighting something off. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, another year, and if I'm blessed to wake up healthy and able to run, I'll be right back out there. Thank you to everyone who was part of our group this year!

@polskagirl01 It must be something in the air. I did the same thing. I just couldn't get my lazy butt out of bed this morning.

@Avidkeo Ahhh.....wrong thread. Try this one

Congrats on the very first 2019 MFP MRC report!

    :P

@kgirlhart I always use my Garmin number because I figure it's closer to the source than Strava. And to be honest, the measurement error for your GPS is going to be a lot greater than 14.4 miles over the course of a year anyway. I always get a kick out of GPS outputs which report a run to the nearest hundereth of a mile or kilometer. There's no way it's that accurate.

I decided to give up my Facebook account so I had to delete my MFP as a result and start over. This is why I only have a few posts under my name. My goal was to hit about 110 miles for the month. I had a to skip a few runs here and there due to some sore hips. But I'm feeling a lot better now.

Thank you, 2018. I didn't get everything I wanted to out of you, but I'm very grateful for what I did get. May 2019 be better... for all of us.

I would drink to that if I drank
