I'm not even annoyed that I went up in weight. I suspect it might be related to not having my usual bowel movement this morning lol, sorry for TMI.
More so, I've noticed more definition in my arms so I'm happy even though I'm still chubby lol.
We are on Week 4 of going to the gym 3x/week and we committed to personal training sessions on Saturdays. This upcoming Saturday will be our 2nd week out of 6 weeks. I'm really loving all of the different body weight strength training exercises that the PT is having me work on.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Glad that I am not weighing once per week, seeing as how this fluctuation is going. I actually like seeing it, I didn't realize that it could be like that. 2 pounds is a lot!

Girl, I feel you!!! I’ve been bouncing between 188-191 for weeks. I think it was my body adjusting to more exercise. Just wait until you measure inches, kind of amazing that the scale can be so stubborn but the inches melt away. It will eventually catch up.1 -

Thanks lalabank. This can be so discouraging. I get it that I can't eat like a "normal" person without being fat. But working so hard on it and not getting results is disappointing. Especially when there seems to be a formula wherein certain things make me lose weight (like skating) and yet even that isn't working right now. I will keep going. The scale moving down is great motivation, but that is not really happening. Maybe in a few more days. It sure would have been nice to have had a bit of a weight cushion for the holidays, like if I had lost 5 pounds.3 -

So for December looking for a moderate loss, and no gaining anything.

Down just a half pound, this week I am really going after sodium as increasing it. Reason is 6 days last week, I woke up at some point in night with terrible foot and leg cramps. Also bought some zero powerade, and been drinking one 32 oz bottle on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. May get more as something is off kilter and I need to get that back on track. My potassium level taken less than 3 weeks ago was high normal so not that. If it keeps up I will ask for a check on the electrolytes over all.
December 15 227.5
Small loss, I will take it. Still drinking the zero Powerade. Still having odd leg and foot cramps. I do stretches every day. Saw all my electrolyte numbers they look fine. But I suspect it could be magnesium related. So I started taking a supplement yesterday. I have 5 of the top 8 symptoms. And will ask my Dr who I see on the 20th. Who will be amazed again. When I saw her in September I had lost 46 pounds from my starting weight. And now she will see I have lost another 31 or so pounds. I have more clothes on when weighed in Dr. office than when I weigh at home.
My AC1 has gone from being 12.4 in January 2018 to 6.1 in December 2018. So from totally uncontrolled diabetes status to now considered pre-diabetic numbers.6 -

Don't feel bad. I ate 4010 calories yesterday after eating 3168 calories the day before. lol
I've gained 2 pounds on the scale in 2 days. As long as I get back on track asap, it never lasts long and my weight goes down pretty quickly.
I hope your gut feels better soon! This month is a tricky one.2 -

-3 lbs loss! Yay! It might be the results from last weeks cold that I now am recovered. Whether it's water weight or not, it's still a loss--and I'll take it! Now, I'm in the upper 190s--finally! I hope to maybe get to the late 180s again. Big maybe! We'll see!
Next weigh-in will be on or about the 23rd. I'm going to try to weigh-in before Christmas. Before all the cakes and pies! Right now, I'm just relying on exercise to maintain my weight.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
I forgot to post last week but I'm still here. December is a tough month.. so I'm just going to keep it real and honest and worry about getting more disciplined in January. I'm not off the wagon completely but I've hopped off a few times so far, and let's be honest... it's a very food-centric season.
Add to that I was still healing from surgery - I'm 100% over that now, then my husband's auto accident (he is fine, just dealing with insurance claims and truck shopping and other inconveniences that arose from that)... and now all the busy that the holidays bring, shopping, wrapping and all that stuff... even if there wasn't a barrage of food, just the erratic schedule has caused us to eat less than ideally recently.
Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year, everyone!
