    @puttyputty, Progressing to 16 push ups is wonderful! I used to love doing push ups, but when I developed wrist tendinitis that ended that.

    I really love to read about all the exercise everyone does. I can't do a lot of the types of exercise that I used to do. Some because of injuries, some because I don't have a home gym anymore or a gym membership. I do what I can with limited equipment and my physical limitations. I won't EVER give up. ๐Ÿ˜€
