    ●Challenge SW:
    •Challenge Goal: Haven't decided, but I need to reach 170 first!
    •January 1: 178 lbs (fluid retention) I'll get this fluid off by the start of the challenge.
    1/02 - 177.2 - Coming down slowly. Need to get back to 174!

    @deepwoodslady Lol, my 6 lb loss had to be lost water weight due to starting to track calories and finishing my monthly cycle. I usually see a 3-5 lb fluctuation before and after.

    Checking in for 1st weigh in: I really went above and beyond cal. limit several days and it showed. I exercised good, but have to curb the calories to make this work. All my fault, know exactly why I did not lose. (Start Weight 1/1/19 147.0)

    Okay, thanks for sharing. I was first a little jealous (could there be a secret your could share? ) LOL. Then I got a bit worried because it is a lot. One time I did something shocking. I lost 5 lbs overnight! Seems impossible, but it was all water weight that I worked on purposely. I drank parsley lemon & cucumber water to relieve the bloat and it worked! It was the day after a large chinese meal filled with sodium, so I know it can happen in a day or in a week. Just the mom in me concerned a bit. Thanks for being nice about it :wink:
