    Jan. 7: 157.2 -- YEEESSS!!! I worked so hard this last week and it showed up on the scale! :D
    Jan. 14: 157.6 (+0.4) -- Up a smidge and I'm totally OK with it. I had two horrible bloatings this week (thank you, perimenopause), so if anything I thought this would be worse. But this was still a great week because I was able to run 5 miles this morning with absolutely no knee pain! First time since I hurt it on NYE. This means I'll be totally fine for my next half-marathon in March. :D

    Thanks for the challenge! My name is Tania. I'm hoping to lose an average of 2lbs per week. I am starting with walking and yoga as exercise and possibly Bodyboss and trying to get back into running but have been unwell so I think I should take it slow. (anyone else??) Nutrition wise I am going to try and stick to the MFP goal. If anyone else doing the challenge would like mutual support please friend me!
