Into it properly this round! Went swimming today and they were running a free NHS health check. Blood pressure, LDL, HDL and total cholesterol and my blood sugars were all well within the "excellent" range and they gave me a heart age of 40 and a less than 1% risk of a heart attack in the next 10 years so I was very happy with the results. Only thing I hit amber on was my BMI which I knew and it annoyed me being the only marker not in green! So feeling fired up to get it back into the green. Also booked our summer holiday this week so a bit more motivation there!
R65 goal - will be happy with 1.50lb a round - so 153.40lb is my target...

This is my first round.........
I am not usually one to look at the discussion pages but I noticed "CHALLENGES" and these JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS so, I popped into Round 64 and WOW! I think I might enjoy these (if I can keep up with everyone's posts).
I work at a desk in a VERY busy and stressful medical office Monday to Friday. I spend an hour in the car both ways to/from work. My body feels like it's starting to fall apart (osteoarthritis in both knees, bad back, etc). I ride horses (see my #1 post in Round 64 for background on that) on Saturdays (250 miles round trip & 4-5hrs in the car) and show during the warmer months. Sunday is about the ONLY day I don't have to be up at 5:30am and am GONE all freaking day long.
I have gotten lazy with my eating and my exercising, but like everyone else, I'm starting over this month. Starting meal prepping and using the air fryer again. Started riding our recumbent bike in the living room again. Starting MFP again. Just need to keep up with it, during my crazy life.
Hope to find a "home" here!

@cyranda63 took over the reins at about round 10 and kept it up until round 31 when I can no longer see her name. Her account shows that the last time she was active was in April of 2018. I hope she is well wherever she is.
@quiltingjaine, @terryrichardson1 and @GrandmaJackie ... thank you so much, Ladies, for keeping this Challenge going so that people like me could have a place to land. This has got to be one of, if not THE, longest running challenges on MFP. It's incredible!

01/13 - 72.1 kg So last night was awful. Not only did I stay up until 2 am reading, but I allowed myself to pig out at about 1230 on all sorts of stuff. For some reason I just got really hungry at that time and no matter what I ate, wasn’t satisfied. The rest of the day was pretty low calorie though, and I think that not eating until 11 or 12 in the afternoon is making it harder to avoid snacking late at night. I see two solutions to this problem: either eat more during the day, or go to bed earlier! Going to bed is probably the best option as I am making sure I am eating when hungry. With all of that said though, I had a really active day yesterday with 7000+ steps and an hour of playing soccer with my family. I am hoping that the snacking last night won’t bit me in the butt tomorrow. On a NSV note though, I have been alcohol free now for 10 days, and it is a lot easier than I thought it would be!!

Boy, my day did not go to plan yesterday. So I blame TOM and stress eating the 1000cals in snacks.
Today is a friend's birthday and a last min plan to go on a game drive. That will be great, but means estimated food, possibly alcohol and not my planned day of gym, work and relaxing, hence more stress.
But i'll enjoy it and get back to the plan on Monday.
