02/14 149.2..Total headscratcher , I weighed myself before bed and have lost 2.6lb overnight, most I have lost . Checked scales 3 times but nope it's right, very happy.
02/15 goal 149.....actual 147.2 ..What the what?! I weighed myself last night and was almost 1lb less than I was in the morning! WOOSH! 2lbs in 1 day gone! Need to readjust my goals. Praying it stays off. This is the least I have weighed in about 18 months

Took a break due to mental healthβ¦. Now back up past my starting weight! I have also developed high blood pressure so for the sake of my own health I need to do this.... plus I don't want my kids growing up without me there!
Currently doing a β100 miles in Februaryβ challenge for charity too, so I'm running 4km every morning and 10km on Saturday and Sunday!

2/13- 99.9 didn't eat very well yesterday and took a rest from running too!

2/15- 99.0 Well this is a nice drop! Had a lovely run this morning, getting faster every day! Slightly concerned about the weekend as I'm bringing my son to a fortnite thing and I've promised him five guys for lunch afterwards⦠I'll have to be on my best behaviour...

02/13 β 143.5 β I had a tax client come in yesterday. Iβve been doing her work for 15+ years. Sheβs always been thin, but the past couple years, as she approaches 50, sheβs gained a little weight. She was shocked at my weight loss and asked how I did it. I told her about MFP, CICO, and this challenge. She was blown away at the fact that we weigh ourselves every day and share our weight and stories with each other. Having been in this challenge so long I forget how intimidating something like this can be. Whether weβre up, down, or stuck in a plateau, it says a lot that weβre here.

02/15 ~ DNW today. Accepted the best thick and creamy grilled cheese and tomato sandwich as a treat last night and didn't want to see it on the scale and possibly regret it, lol. Had a great night sleep, started T25 again, (although modified at about 70%), got in a good walk, some stretching and a seated abs and arm workout. Getting in a lot of movement and being mindful of food calories, but enjoying this lovely long weekend.
02/16 ~ 213.2 @ 5:00 am - Stretching, cleaning and 30 minute walk at home video already done. Attending "The February Cousins" birthday party tonight, so planning to eat light and drink plenty of water today to try and offset all the yumminess available later. Have a great day all.

And I was writing in the back of my friend's watercolor class - creative energy everywhere - and there's a vending machine down the hall and I had just enough change and....) Time to make myself some baby carrot + hummus packets, I guess! But I digress....Today I will try valiantly to resist whatever Valentine temptations show up today - maybe one truffle? - and try to focus on other expressions of love besides (shhhhh - whisper -- chocolate...). I started baking (a new-to-me obsession) before Christmas and I'm still at it, learning to bake yeast breads among other things but I'm trying to channel the urge into soups and such. Last night I made a delish chicken/turkey pot pie, cutting the calories WAY down by using almond milk, half the butter, and skipping the bottom crust. Still comforting on a cold, raw, windy night, but only 350 calories/serving. I've never been very domestic so I don't quite know what hit me! Off to the Y to burn some of it off. Have a lovely!

Chocolate. People brought chocolate to painting group last night and I apparently no longer have any self control. then I needed something salty to counteract the sweets when I got home, so cheese....Extra time at the gym today maybe? Salad? Seriously, back to paying attention. This must stop!

Today's a challenge -- barbecue chicken fundraiser for lunch and a "soup & games" night with friends, which will, of course, offer more than soup. But hopefully I'll get to the Y to work a little of it off. I'm actually a bit surprised that I'm holding steady considering how much I've been eating. And although I have since reset my goal to a lower number, my original goal was 140, +/- 2 lbs, so I'm not too far out of bounds. But I'm channeling my kitchen urges into lightening up favorite recipes. I should just stay out of the kitchen for a couple of months - my hubby is much more lean with his cuisine. 02/13 - 139.4 lbs ; yoga and10,200 steps yesterday βοΈβοΈ Super excited to be in the 130's. I can see my goal in sight. I have started taking a long walk after lunch to go get a diet 7-up at 7-Eleven, it's working as motovation!
02/14 - 140.8 ugh back up to almost where I started. I just can't regain that .2 lb. Yesterday I did fine with food but I was very sedentary because it was pouring rain, so I didn't go for a walk and I had the day off. Tonight I have a date, as it's v-day. I'm gonna have some Thai food. So actually I probably will gain back that .2 (plus more). But that's ok I want to enjoy myself. But I will still do my best to track.

I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40 My average loss/gain since Round 40 to 63 is a 0.5lb loss each round. This was better than I expected!
