2/12: 19x.x - Didn’t weigh today. Missed you all! Dropped off at the end of last round. Was out of town and flights were cancelled coming home. Back again - ready to get back to my health routine. Hope I didn’t gain too much while away - I made healthy food choices, and didn’t have more than 2 drinks a day, but didn’t track at all!
2/13: 19x.x - Forgot to weigh again 😩 Still stuck in the snow. Not meeting my goals. I am getting back to it tomorrow! Gah! Scared to step back on the scale.
2/14: 193.6 - Phew! Was so nervous about weighing after the last week. It could be worse, and I know I am retaining a lot of water right now from TOM. Maybe I actually lost weight on my trip 😱.
2/15: 191.2 - Happy dance! I am now in the “overweight” BMI and not “obese class 1.” Kids go back to school today, husband comes home from work trip, gym here I come!
2/16: 190.6 - I have now lost 20lbs. Only 50 (+/-5) to go! I keep a list of different types of milestones and it’s really motivating to cross them off as I go. Crossing 2 off 2 days in a row feels unreal.
2/17: 189.4 - New decade! I hope to never see the 190s again
2/18: 189.6 - Too much salt, not enough movement. Glad it’s the start of a new week - easier to stay on routine on weekdays.

02/12 143.4 I was really good last night but I did have a lot of salty food and I was feeling bloated today so this could be a combination of both. Just a fluctuation or else I don't know what I might have done wrong to earn this gain. I stayed under calories, worked out and drank 1.6 liters of water. 19,000+ steps. The past couple of rounds I haven't been coming to the group as often, although still weighing in every day but I want to make this group apart of my priority..it took so long to read the last thread and get caught up on all your progresses but I did it!
02/13 142.2 came down a little. Ate good, exercised and drank 1.3 liters of water, 8,000+ steps
02/14 141 I'M happy about this drop, super excited to keep going. Yesterday I ate under Calories, exercised and drank 1.3 liters of water and 6,000+ steps. 6th day sticking to healthy eating and watching my calories. I am dedicated to keep this up and keep going for the duration of the 10 days. No bad days this time around. Restart button is so far working good.
02/15 140.2 cheers to a steady drop! I did good yesterday, even for Valentine's day. I made my man peanut butter cups and mint thins (from scratch) since they are his favorite. While doing this, i licked no spoons and kept my hands to myself, except when they went for Apple slices I had prepared before baking to stop me from snacking. Although by the end of the night i had indulged in couple of small cookies here and a peanut butter cup there (you have to taste to be sure it's good, right?) I stopped and didn't over indulge on the treats, keeping under my calorie goal. I also opted in a vegetable plate rather then the burgers and fries I made him. Overall a nice night. Worked out good and greatful it wasn't worse then it could have been
02/16 138.4 a woooosh, i am in the 30s!!!! Yay me!!! I am trying to not get too excited, i just want to see this number for a couple more days before I get excited...be sure it is here for good. I am hoping to have a good weekend because Monday is a holiday here in Ontario, called family day and my whole family is getting together for a brunch. I want to still be good during the brunch but just in case I have few choices, food wise then at least I will only be giving up a day in stead of two. I am still determined to be good for the whole 10 days but we will see, i can only deal with what i have been given. Yesterday I had a rest day exercise wise, did a little over 1 liter of water but ate under Calories. My NSV, I was craving chocolate for four hours yesterday but stayed away...yay me!
02/17 137.4 woooooow!!!! I can't believe it!!! I am now officially 40 + pounds down (although MFP thinks I will hit my 40 pounds in .4 pounds pfffft) THIS IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!!! I am hoping to push a little more before the inevitable stop. Soooooo excited. Yesterday I exercised good, ate under Calories and drank 1+ liters of water...hoping I can keep the momentum going
02/18 137.8 i stayed under calories but I had a crazy hot sauce craving so my salt intake was slightly up, i am assuming that is the reason for the gain. I worked out and drank a little over 1 liter of water
02/19 139 yesterday we had a family brunch, at first everything was fine. I had a slice of bacon (haven't had bacon in months) eggs, fruit, smoke samon but as the afternoon wore on, i gave into the bread with butter (I don't eat butter even when I am not watching) and my all or nothing mentality hit, which I am planning on fixing. I am not shocked by the gain but I am happy I am still in the 30s and haven't gone back to the 40s. It will take a few days to retake off, i am assuming but I do hope that I end the 10 days in the 30s and make my goal.

02/21 139.8 yesterday was a rough day for me. I was feeling super down and depressed, not to mention sluggish. I don't know why so in am chalking it up to my TOM arriving in two or three days. I am slightly dissapoined because the depression led to lack of care and I ended up binging all last night. I am happy the binge didn't upswing the scale too far because I was expecting a crazy high number this morning. I do feel bloated today though because of it and I still feel full. Anyway for the next two days I will be working hard so last nights binge doesn't show up on the scale tomorrow or Saturday.
The past 10 days have been better then the previous 10 days and I am happy with that. I spent 8-10 days eating right and exercising. I blame TOM. Hoping I can stick to it for the whole of the next 10 days12 -

@BethE238 Thank you. I know I have not eaten enough calories in 10 days to gain 5 pounds but still it feels terrible today. Honestly I am stressed about other things and this just feels like one more thing. I need to adjust my attitude, it's nothing a walk in the sunshine wouldn't help.9

12/02 - 229.3 lbs. 30 mins on the Wii last night. Trip to supermarket during lunch break, didn't even go down the chocolate aisle! Popped in for dinner at my Mum's last night. I had more calories than normal but still under the recommended daily allowance.

02/12 159, not a great start to Round 68. I think my salt intake over the past few days caught up with me. Today is another day so I am not going to be too discouraged. I ordered Plated for this week and the calories count are really high, especially for my height and intake. I made their Steak Quesadilla yesterday and the serving size was 960 calories. I cut my portion in half so calories were within the 1360 I could eat, but I was still very hungry. I order from meal subsciptions around once every month, but took January and December off because of the holidays, so this was the first time I have cooked with them on a diet.

02/13 158, good drop after eating well yesterday. It's raining heavily today so hoping to make it to gym after work. Officially no longer obese, just overweight so pretty happy to see 158. My next mini goal is 157.6 (15 lbs down) and hope to get there soon!

02/14 158.5 up a bit, but ate really well yesterday so just will trust the process and see where the scale goes this round. It rained heavily yesterday and it looks like the rain will continue to Friday. I am hoping to get at least 5000 steps in so that I can make up the difference later in the round. Most of my steps involve walking outdoors and running errands, so the rain hinders that ability.

02/15 157.4, new low and 15.2 lbs lost. I know tomorrow I will be up a bit since it has been a back and forth round, but still proud of an overall downward trend.

02/17 157.8, I went out for sushi last night and think I ate ok. I had two spicy tuna rolls and a side salad, but that was my lunch and dinner. I still feel very thirsty so there must have been a lot of salt or I am just more thirsty around my period (which starts on Wednesday). I’m going to track my period on Fitbit this month and it will start giving trends after 2 cycles.

02/18 157.4, getting closer to that 156.x number that was my goal. I feel like I am losing motivation this week (longest I have ever tracked or exercised regularly), so just focusing on staying positive and realizing that any loss is better than none.

02/19 157.4, feeling pretty optimistic about diet today and have a lot more energy since I slept well. I currently am a member of my local YMCA (close to my home) and Equinox (close to work and heavily discounted bc corporate). I love being a member of my local YMCA since so community focused/walking distance to home, but have been a bit frustrated with machine time maxed at 35 minutes during high frequency times-- 45 would be ideal. I have even gone various times from 5-8pm and it is packed. I feel selfish since I love that people are trying to get healthy, like me, but it isn't a great experience to see every machine taken and a 20 minute line in Jan/Feb for a 35 minute workout. Vent over haha! Will try YMCA today at 4pm see if that makes a difference.

02/17 It’s 5:26 in the evening and I weigh myself in the AM so I’ll report on that one tomorrow, but I’ve decided to do this because I’ve been eating unhealthy while sitting on the couch recovering from foot surgery. We will see how it goes!

I overate by 450 calories but I’m trying not to beat myself up too bad considering the amount of exercise/walking I can do is pretty much 0. I haven’t gained as much weight as I thought I had. My broken foot happened in Dec 2017 and my surgery wasn’t until Dec 2018 thanks to insurance so I feel like going from 129 to 154 is bad but not as bad as it could’ve been after being a virtual couch potato for a year and a literal one for two months. Yes I was walking on a broken foot for a year, people seem shocked by this but it’s true. Here’s to LESS overeating today!

Ok so it’s probably just water weight but I’m going to take it as a win to keep me moving in the right direction. I only overate by 225 calories yesterday, so big improvement from the day before! Unfortunately both the weight loss and my lack of appetite may also be because I’m getting sick and I feel hella bad. All the same I’m going to try to do even better today and just drink lots of fluids and rest. Best wishes everyone!

Yay! Only overate by 42 calories. It’s been my habit to snack throughout the day so now I’m just switching some out for healthier options and switching to water (minus the morning coffee and the bedtime hot tea with no cream or sugar). Not seeing physical results and I know I probably won’t for a while (esp since I can’t do much aerobically) but I am feeling emotionally good.

So according to MFP I’m losing weight pretty quickly even though I’m overeating BUT...I attribute that to the fact that I have replaced many beverages (like coke, etc) with water. So as soon as this 4 or 5 lbs of “water weight” comes off, I predict I will go down to a regular-ish loss of a lb or so a week. I have been overweight before (not a tall gal here) and I know this about my body due to my previous experience. Yesterday I managed to get back on the yoga mat and sit down and do some floor stretches for my shoulders, neck and back, but I didn’t log them because I just don’t see it as exercise so much as a post-yoga cool down. Just liked the idea of forming the habit again, even though I can’t do any “hardcore” stuff bc of my foot. Again, I overate by a few calories, but I’m ok with that since I can’t exercise to balance that out. I miss it so much so I’m glad I started focusing on eating healthier so I don’t go completely loopy!9 -

02/12 …..185.4 ….. Travel at the end of the round for some overnight medical trips will not allow me to do the last few days weigh-ins (unless weather causes me to cancel trip). This will be a tough round but I’ll do my best. My stats for yesterday: 708 Calories in / 2648 calories out. Net carbs 7. IF 16:8 A total of 19,105 steps which included a planned walk. 8.22 Total miles for the day. 13/13 fitbit step hours. I danced for 37 minutes & I walked indoors at moderate pace for 69 minutes. My sample song was “Footloose” by Kenny Loggins. A great high-paced peak song. Good Luck everyone on this round.
02/13 …..185.2….. Yesterdays stats: 848 Calories In / 2454 Calories out. 11 Net Carbs which was mainly my Cauliflower Rice casserole. 14,440 steps & 6.11 Total miles. I spent a bit of time briskly walking up & down long hallway (on purpose) during some of the calls to get my steps in. IF: 17:7 I completed 13/13 fitbit step hours. I slept 5 hours and 11 minutes which was very refreshing. I walked 50 minutes & danced 44 minutes. Sample song was “Lighthouse” by Ziggy Marley.

Plans for today: Stats: 1061 Calories In / 2492 Calories Out. 16 Net Carbs which was mainly Keto friendly Jalapeno Poppers to help me pump up my calories. 13,144 Total Steps & 5.58 Total Miles. IF: 16:8. I completed 13/13 fitbit step hous. I slept 5 hours & 41 minutes. I walked indoors for 20 minutes & danced for 22 minutes. Sample song was “Last Kiss” by Pearl Jam . (The remake of the oldie). I’m planning a fun day & night. Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone!
02/15 ….. 189.0….. Whaaaat????? Yes, I doublechecked it I know I ate over calories & carbs. Too confusing to count. But 3.6 lbs overnight? Hopefully some of it is water so I will work on that today. Calories Out 2344. 10,513 total steps & 4.48 total miles. I did not IF due to afternoon luncheon. I completed 13/13 fitbit step hours. I slept 5 hours & 15 minutes. No time for the dancing yesterday, but I did walk moderate pace outside in the freezing cold for a planned walk which was 41 minutes
02/16 …..189.0….. I still deserve this. Shame on me! Over on calories & carbs again yesterday on an “at home binge”. Likely from the hunger caused by the carbs from V-Day (the day before). Disappointed in self. Hard to count the foods but I know the carbs were well over 100 & the calories were likely over 2000. My best guess is that I stayed within CICO but nowhere near my plan. My calories out were 2394. 10,164 Total Steps & 4.3 Miles. 13/13 fitbit step hours. IF 17:7. I slept 6.39 hours which was likely a sugar crash since I rarely sleep more than 5 hours. I woke up very tired & groggy, feeling like I needed even more sleep. It feels like it’s going to be a miserable day which I have only caused for myself. The junk I ate does not make me feel good. I did get in 25 minutes of aerobic dancing. Sample song “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees which had the perfect beat. Tonight is movie night. 02/17 …..189.0….. Thank goodness it didn’t go up. An unplanned out-of-town shopping trip found me eating my dinner at a restaurant. I could have made a bit better choices. Movie night found me eating some icecream afterall. Not as much as the others, but I broke my promise to myself. I hope all this does not end up showing up on the scale. Lots of work, as usual, on Sundays so I will be getting lots of steps in. Yesterday stats are too few to figure (again) but best guess is calories around 2000 and carbs over 200 (darn icecream). Calories out 2248. 10,548 steps & 4.4 miles. Completed 09/13 fitbit step hours due to car rides & movie. IF 16:8. Slept 6 hours & 4 minutes, probably a sugar crash as this is way longer than my usual amount. I did fit in a dance yesterday afternoon for 22 minutes. Sample song “Respect” by Aretha Franklin. I hope today to be a better day. Eating carbs creates an uphill battle for days following so I shall bare that burden today.
02/18 …..188.8….. Long day at work yesterday. No chance for exercise or dancing. I didn’t even get a chance to log all my food but I stayed mostly to food plan. Fitbit information: 2448 Calories Out. 12,188 steps & 5.17 miles walking during general work cleaning the cabins. IF 16:8. I slept 4 hours & 48 minutes. Lots of travel coming up which is not good. More derailing. As stated on day 1 of this round, this is a tough round to stay in check for me. Food prepping today so I will have things ready when I get home. Making room in my freezer today. More cabin cleaning so I should easily get my steps in. Have a good week everyone!
02/19 …..188.2….. Finally some progress on the scale! I Cancelled travel plans for the next 3 days due to incoming bad weather. Good day yesterday but could not close out my food log because my calories fell just a bit short of acceptable. I will try to increase calories slightly today but I will be stuck at the salon for a few hours on hair color. Yesterdays Stats: 988 Calories In / 2707 Calories Out. Net Carbs 6. 15,404 Total Steps & 6.55 Total Miles. IF 18:6. 13/13 Fitbit Step hours. I slept 5 hours & 17 minutes. I opted for an indoor walk with a friend instead of dancing. Walked moderate pace 31 minutes. There will be less activity today because of sitting all afternoon at salon but I will try to fit in some dancing.

Perfect macros on my meals & stuck to plan. Had a movie night & even made it through that with nothing but water & tea with stevia. Then……. Oh my…….A couple of Oreos, late night, when no one was watching. Accompanied by Fairfield Milk (about 14 oz !!!). Thankfully it didn’t show up on the scale, but will it rear it’s ugly head later? Tonight is potluck pool night…….Not good. I hate that I will likely show a gain on the first day tomorrow from my R68 end weight. Now that I’ve confessed, here are my stats for yesterday: Calories In 1169/ Calories Out 2418. Net Carbs 65. 11,061 Total Steps & 4.69 Miles. 13/13 fitbit step hours. IF 18:6 I slept 5 hours & 37 minutes & woke up sluggish and needing more, likely from those oreos as 5 ½ hours is usually plenty for me. I danced 31 minutes again. 02/12 – 162 – There goes the bloat of the last few days, yay. Did not go to the gym but made it through the day OK yesterday. Draggy again today but don’t have to go anywhere except drive DH to work.
02/13 – 161.8 – No gym today as still feeling off, although much better. Will get my exercise shoveling out the car so I can go pick up DH. Glad our driveway is short.
02/14 – 162 – DH brought home chocolate. My cals. were low for the day (at that point) and did not eat it all so was only a tiny bit over.
02/15 – 162.2 – Feeling back to normal. Caved and bought some fancy ice cream yesterday which made DH happy. I had ½ cup which I can manage and keep within cals. The trouble is the cravings that starts – maybe I should do a “test” and see how many days it takes of not caving till the craving goes away, lol?
02/16 – 163.4 – Well, there’s the chocolate and ice cream. At least I have 6 days to beat it back down.

02/12 - 322.6 - Eh. It's a fluctuation most likely from water. I don't mind it as long as it doesn't become a trend. I'm trying a new worksheet that my dietitian gave me to go off of for this week and see how it goes. It is designed to maximize my nutrition or my calorie intake. Overall I am feeling stronger, better, and more energized. I'm good and for the first time in a long time I can say that and mean it.
02/13 - 322.0 - So, yesterday was a rough day. I had a binge, small, but a binge and I was fine until I saw the numbers, then I wanted to purge. I cried and just saw myself ballooning to 600 lbs and more. Ed was screaming in my head to purge, purge, PURGE. Instead I spent the day doing self-care. I ditched the exercise as I couldn't trust myself to not take it to an extreme, so I rested. I hooked (crocheted) and made progress on my heart scarf that I am making just for me. I decluttered my tables in my living/dining/exercise area. I spent time snuggling with Alex the Mighty (see profile picture). I watched shows that I enjoyed on Hulu. I went to bed at a decent hour.
02/14 - 322.4 - TOM hit! 2 weeks late, but finally hit. This isn't that uncommon with PCOS. Feeling bloated and kinda blah today. I worked really hard in pulmonary rehabilitation today. I have three more sessions and then I'm done. I will graduate into my insurance's program for health in a gym. I get to choose between Planet Fitness and the YMCA. YMCA is within walking distance and Planet Fitness is just a short hop away on the bus. So, not sure which one I'll go with. I'm nervous about today. I'm going to a potluck and going to try and not freak out if I eat more than I should. So, yeah.
02/15 - 323.8 - Well, I guess the potluck got to me. I did overeat. I have no idea the total ingredients. I thought I did okay. Also with TOM no idea where my weight will finally end up being. My official weigh-in is coming up. If it is a gain, it's a gain. I'm not thrilled with the idea, but I'm getting comfortable with being okay with it. It is a part of life and my choices. I had an emotional moment this morning and had more milk than the dietitian has allotted for me to have according to this worksheet. It's lunch time, and I am going to have a nice, savory salad with grilled chicken. Life will be just as okay with gains as with losses.
02/16 - 320.4 - WHOOOOSH! Well tomorrow is my official weigh-in. I wasn't expecting this loss. We'll see what tomorrow says. I ate well yesterday. I hit most of my protein goals. That is my weak spot in my diet is hitting my protein. I can get the others just fine. I need to find ways to incorporate more protein in. I also did two episodes of Zombies, Run which was fantastic! I wasn't feeling beat down by the end of each episode, but pretty good. I'm getting stronger each day. I might try to do two again today and some strength training.
02/17 - 319.6 - Yay! I mostly stuck to the dietitian's guidelines yesterday. I had more dairy than is on the sheet. I'm doing better with finding protein choice; so that was higher yesterday. I did two episodes of Zombies, Run! yesterday. It's definitely got my attention at this point in season; it's been interesting since the first episode but lately, just wow. I may end up doing a couple of them again today to find out what's going on next. I had to do them in my apartment as there was people in the community room; so my cat spazzed and started to dart about the apartment. It was cuter and hysterical at the same time.
02/18 - 317.4 - WHOOSH! I was still over on dairy yesterday, but for the first time I hit my protein goal. I should be able to repeat that again today. I did another episode of Zombies, Run! I got my water back in order. I have a couple of appointments this afternoon, one with my psychiatrist and one with my therapist. I need to clean on the apartment a bit. I feel good today.
02/19 - My therapist and I talked about the thing of numbers and my eating disorder yesterday. I am not giving up the scale completely; however, she does want me to give it up completely feeling that it is very triggering if it doesn't say what I want it to say. To her it just hasn't let me down big enough yet to cause an issue, yet. I have agreed to reduce how often I weigh. So, I will weigh for now, three times a week, Sunday, Tuesday, Friday. So, no weigh in today, will weigh in tomorrow.
Yesterday I did okay with food and had a little treat even and stayed within in my calories ( this will also change on being tracked, if possible). I did good with protein again, which I'm super happy about as it really is the weak spot in my nutrition.
*EDITED TO ADD* I just realized it IS Tuesday. It's too late in the day to get an accurate weight. I'll weigh-in tomorrow.
02/20 - 317.2 - Woohoo. Still moving down, bit by bit. As this is my last weigh-in I have lost 4.2 pounds this round. Not bad. I'm getting the urge to go ahead and weigh in one more day tomorrow just to even it out, but I won't. I'm going to stay strong and dedicate myself to ALL the goals that are geared at my total health. There's no point in losing weight if my mental health suffers.
02/21 - There was some craziness at my apartment building involving SWAT and evacuations, a small fire, it all ended about midnight, and I finally fell asleep about one am. Due to the night before I was rather tired and guzzled a Mello Yello before starting my workout at pulmonary rehabilitation; I have one session left. I rocked the session though and hope for my last session they increase the speed on the treadmill. I plan on graduating to a health plan on my insurance to continue to with getting stronger. I can do so much more now than when I started.6 -

02/20-299.6 Yesterday ended up going really well. I ended up missing my last 32oz of water but I still managed to drink 96oz! I managed to eat enough despite the late start. Went over a little on sodium but nothing too bad. SOO excited to be back in the 200's!! I'm not going to amend my goal since tomorrow is the last day of this round but I am so glad to see such a change over the last 10 days!
02/21-300.0 I'm up a little from yesterday but I knew that was going to happen. I had to take my son to urgent care and didn't eat before we left. We ended up at mcdonalds because he was hungry so I had 1 egg mcmuffin. 300 calories though high for what it was, was manageable. What got me was the 600+mg of sodium in it!! and it didn't even taste good. I came home briefly after he was seen but headed right back out to pick up prescriptions and keep some appointments. Overall I managed to keep everything under my calorie goal but I didn't have any veggies and the fat and sodium went over. A mild setback in the scheme of things.

02/14--212.3 First weight training session with my trainer is this evening. My trainer has already sent me what we would be doing this evening and I noticed that there are a lot of exercises and while most of the exercises are familiar to me, there are some exercise I have never heard of. Weather is starting to warm up a little and the snow/ice is starting to melt, so hopefully I can get out running some time this weekend.
02/15--212.5 I had my first training session yesterday and it was great. Having a trainer is a kind of weird experience because you have this person constantly watching you to make sure you have proper form. After just the first session I realize that my form on some exercises is not as great as I thought it was and I can be pretty lazy, there were some exercises that we did that I knew if he wasn't there I would not have done that many reps. At the same time the training session also made me realize that if I just push myself a little I can do a lot of things that I thought I couldn't do. I was thinking of going for a run today, but I think I will take the extra time off to recover from yesterday.
02/16--213.1 I'm not surprised about the increase on the scale since I am probably still retaining water from my weight training from 2 days ago, but my weight trend is still downward. Going for a run today.
02/17--213.1 Finished W5D1 yesterday. I hadn't run in a week and wasn't sure if I should continue on with the training progression or if I should redo the previous week. Well, I decided to just continue on and if I wasn't feeling great then I would just reduce the amount of running. Well, I finished the first running interval and felt great, so I continued on and was able to finish without any problems. Today is a rest day, but I want to make sure that I do some stretching and foam rolling.

Met with the personal trainer yesterday and after the session I realized that I really wasn't pushing myself enough when I weightlifted on my own...so far so good. Tonight is yoga which I really need after yesterdays workout.

02/12: 144.8// Today was a lazy day, it’s snowy out and gym was closed. I played videos for the majority of my day (I think 10 hours?) It sounds bad but it kept me distracted from junk cravings I would usually have since I focused on gaming.
02/13: 144.6// Today I went to class and started my day with a shake. After class it was time for lunch so I treated myself to a cheese burger from my favorite burger place. That filled me up for pretty much the rest of the day, I ended my “dinner” with a cup of milk and a pastry. Also drank more water today too.
02/14: 144.8// Valentines! I had some French toast slam at Denny’s. I had a late start to the day so that kept me full for the majority of my day.

@shunggie The scale sucks!!! Sadly, it's the easiest way to get a reflection of CICO, but that doesn't mean that it's always a true reflection. Over the past 10 days you have been on long car rides and you've been eating out and I am positive that between both of these things you are totally retaining excess water and I know you know this, but like all of us, it still sucks when you see the number on the scale jump up. Just keep doing what you have to do and eventually the scale with catch up, but in the meantime look at all the positive things that you did this round...all the walking, continuing with C25K, and being aware of your eating all the while you were travelling, that, and not the number on the scale, is what is important.10

@taxgirl1 Thank you. Your post made me cry. I'm a bit of a wreck today and feeling like a cow. The mirror and the scale lie no matter how clothes fit. I try to stay positive but I struggle with it on days like today. This group once again buoys me up when I start to drown.8

I don’t really know why it reared it’s head, but most likely it was my being close to Goal, so I thought I could handle eating out. And I could for awhile, but then it slid worse & worse.
I’ve now set a SMART goal to get back on track. “Calories in must be below calories out AND no eating anything that I don’t have accurate calories to record until the scale reads 152.2 or below.”
