It looks like the bloating is going down, and I am starting to feel a bit better! OMAD is going well so far -- not experiencing much hunger outside of my meal, but that might also be related to my diminished appetite while sick. We'll see what happens as time progresses. Looking forward to everyone's updates!
So I'm trying to get back to where I was in 2015 after using mfp to lose 20 lbs. Started in January 2019 with around 40 lbs to lose

nearly out the game haha, my foods have been in the calorie defecit but there's so much bloating and yuck from tonsillitis and antibiotics. I'm feeling a bit better today and was inclined not to post but need to be accountable and force myself back on track. Hoping to lose the 2 plus extra by Monday!

I need to drink more water and try to get some more movement in. I'm doing really well with staying under calories. Tomorrow will be a challenge since I'm being asked to bring bagels in to celebrate someone's promotion. I get them from this place that makes the best bagels. I guess I just won't get my favorite flavor to help me resist. ; )

Then I'll lower my goal. 158 was the goal I set when I was at 213... now I realize that while it puts me into the "normal" weight range and normal BMI... it's still too heavy for where I want to be. And just googled OMAD... bless you, @futuredrbri , you must have such strength to even attempt that!

So sorry I have been away - my diminished appetite while sick switched off as I have been improving over the past couple of days, and I was RAVENOUS! I am going to be back on plan and updating tomorrow (I hope I'm still int he 150s!!!)
