    I made goal, which was 158, FINALLY. And I gained a pound over yesterday, should have posted then... but I would have had to up it today anway, right? ROFL I've yet to reset my goal weight officially here on the site... enjoying being able to say GOAL!!! right now. ;-) But... know that unofficially, I want to drop to anywhere in the 140s.

    Sorry to hear you didn't pass. Take some time to be nice to yourself (that doesn't involve food - my first instinct) and take control of the area of your life that will help you feel better about yourself!

    That's what I've started to do when I have a bad day or get some bad news. Previously I would eat to make me feel better and get some control. When in fact I was just causing me to even more out of control.so trying to change that habit! Big hugs again!

    This has been a stressful week at work, with a lot of food-related events, so I sadly anticipate a gain this week :( Hopefully not! I haven't been in the 140s since 2014, when I lost weight for my little brother's wedding, so it's frustrating that it's taking so long to get back down to it...but I will get there!

    Had 3 good days. The last 2 not so good.

    I can’t believe I’m up 4.6 lbs since I began this. (I was shocked into action with jump of 3.4 lbs to 157.)
    I was so close at 150.6! Since mid Feb is the first time my average weights have been increasing since April 2017.

    Going for it the next 33 days. It’s time. I know what I need to do.

    No eating out.

    I got to 150 two days ago, jumped back up today. I will report in again when I get under for more than three days. My weight tends to shoot up and down but thankfully is slowly overall descending.
