    I ate a lot of chocolate today! I stopped before my cut off.... without this challenge I would have carried on all evening!

    Ate kinda crappy during the afternoon. Wanted comfort food since I had a stomach ache. Turned into an all out after dinner snack-fest, though I did manage to pull myself away from the kitchen around 7pm to go upstairs and take a spin on the stationary bike for a bit.
