    Starting today and this (LNS) is one of my hardest habits to break! I binge at night whether I’ve eaten food OR bad during the day. I don’t want to be unhealthy therefore I don’t want to eat so late at night when my body can’t use it properly.

    Day 1 was hard but manageable. Had friends over for drinks and taco night. Learned tequila is sugary. Initially felt like I was punishing myself for going to bed early to avoid eating but it was already after 10pm and I’m up at 630am m-f ... so really I gifted myself less fat to burn off and an extra 1+ hours sleep than normal. And I feel good today! Crazy how I was probably eating to stay awake and not awake therefore eating. Perspective is so malleable and so essential, tricky little thing. Treating myself to a haircut today for a belated birthday gift and trying to plan a yummy but not destructive dinner while I’m downstate. Making it seem fun and still a reward and not a limited food choice due to being unhealthy is going to be key for me today.

    Well..... LNS won last night anyway (see previous post). Did not prioritize dinner so i ended up making a poor dinner choice and eating much later than normal ...and that just turned into adding gummy bears and brownie brittle to the mix.

    Less than I typically binge, still late night snacking though.

    I do a great job of keeping track of my calories and carbs all day, but then I have a late night snack and can't stop. I totally blow all my day's efforts. Any tips for keeping my late night cravings at bay?
