Beware the ides of March! Alas, I did some heavy snacking after dinner, but before my LNS cut-off time. This challenge saved me from a full-blown binge. I wasn’t giving up my streak!

Hello! Great thread, I'll do this next week and post my results in a week. My goal is three nights with no snacking after dinner and the other 4 is alright if i eat dinner later or snack.1

Didn’t really have a real dinner because the recipe I put together didn’t really turn out that great. So, end up fairly snacky after 8pm. Didn’t really need to eat as I wasn’t starving, so counting it as an LNS.1 -
