Really tough evening, had dinner later and because I was hungry I eat quickly, then desert and then some cereal but i was determined not to eat later, so made sure I stopped and did my strength exercise instead to try and distract myself, high on carbs for the day but didnt overeat.4 -

I'm not going to bed yet but I winded up having a more filling lunch than I anticipated so I'm skipping dinner and sticking to water and tea the rest of the night. I'm 100% sure I won't break the streak tonight, feeling great.3 -

So close to breaking last night, it was a rest day for me so no workout in the evening and I went to the extent of putting food on a plate and breaking but i laid it out looked at it and thought why, i wasnt hungry i was just bored, made a coffee and put it back away.4 -

Hubby brought home his yummy dinner long after I should be eating. Kept busy with other stuff until he was done eating. Self sabatogue avoided!2 -
It feels good not to go to bed feeling guilty about overeating or binging or late night snacking. I only have 4 more pounds to go.

Had dessert after coming home from going out to dinner. Used a nice dinner as a reason to say "what the hell, may as well have dessert". I need to work on changing that mindset.4 -
