    This really does help me stay focused on knowing when to stop eating for the night. For tonight, I won't have anything but water and tea until bed.

    The only time I snack now is when my calorie count allows me to. So, if it’s late night but you’re still under your calories for the day do you all feel that’s OK? Or, is there some science behind that being bad for you. I’m in flat line territory and maybe that late night snack is doing me a bad thing.
