Top left to bottom right = cca 60 lbs lost
I currently weigh more than bottom left (purple top), but I am so much leaner (thank you heavy weights) which amazes me.

Finally hit my goal after 1 year and 15 months! Sorry about the editing. I wasnt expecting to ever feel okay with sharing these pictures so I did them in my underwear. Next stop toning!

Down from 400 to 257 in two years, and still going strong. No rush, but hope to drop at least another 30 and see what that looks like. All this starting at the age of 51 by the way, so it's never too late.

It took me about 3 years, the largest portion of weight (50lbs) being lost in the first year. I was maintaining (+/- 5 lbs) for a while and then lost another 10. I still want to lose around 20 lbs, but the scale won’t budge. I am losing inches but not pounds (which is fine). Regarding workouts, I have done everything, from zumba, to spinning to heavy weights, to HIIT to yoga.

I’m so very proud of my progress! At the gym now. Eating better, working out more—no secret, just the basics.

I lost 50 pounds back in 2011 in about 9 months. Went from 192 to 142. One more child and 8 years later and I’ve been maintaining around 145. Just came back to lose a bit more and tone up. I just finished the T25 program and had some major progress in my middle section in 10 weeks. Went from 145 to 134. Congrats to everyone on their hard work!!
