    @donalowen Yes, I find IFing *so* much easier with black coffee! I used to belong to some IF groups that preach only a "clean" fast of black coffee and water because a lot of people find it's easier to fast if you avoid spiking insulin. I say, whatever works, but I definitely get hungrier if I don't keep my coffee black.

    @quiltingjaine I saw that when I looked it up! Not for us keto or low carbers! I thought maybe it was just flax seed lightly sweetened with stevia or something. More like bars or loose granola. Not for me but maybe helpful to others on a different plan than me.
