    Background -
    I have been on the diet/wreckless food abandon cycle since I was 14 years old. It's the classic yo-yo dieter story. This last January I decided to make this the last time I'm losing that same 20 pounds by putting a greater emphasis on maintenance. So when I reached maintenance after round 71 I continued to stick around because this group is what really keeps my head in the game. So thank you all and especially the O.P. grandma Jackie 💜

    HW (age 14) - 175 lb
    SW Jan 2015 - 165 lb
    lost down to 130 then gained back to 140 and within the last 8 months slipped back into bad habits
    SW Jan 2019 - 147.5 lb
    Maintenance goal range - 132-137 lb

    Having a really hard day. Just feeling emotionally empty. I don't know what's wrong with me, but it's got nothing to do with my weight or food so there's that. I just want to go to bed but I have to go back for a second shift in 3 hours. I'm going to try to take a nap. Thank God it's the weekend tomorrow. Just gotta power through.

    I slept in this morning and feel so much better! My weight being down is probably just reflective of the later weigh in time. I have not been doing my yoga so my goal for today is to do one yoga video.

    05/05 131 t = 132.9
    I slept 11 hours last night because I took a sleep aid. So I assume my weight drop is just water weight as I ate 300 over maintenance calories yesterday, including 100 grams of sour patch kids candy 😂

    05/06 133.2 t = 132.9
    My weight may be up but my trend is holding strong so no need to fret 🙂
    I actually had a great day yesterday, and since my weight has been trending down, I ate what I wanted, but mindfully. I ended up 400 over maintenance, but it's was all good! That's how weekends go! If my weight starts to trend up I will take Swift action 💪
