    5/2 153.2 I had my annual physical.
    Blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, BMI, heart rate, fitness = Nothing to change. All Normal, Great, Perfect. Heart attack risk is LOW.
    NEVER give up, Everyone! After a lifetime of weighing 215 - 228, I’m normal. I’m healthy. I’m at peace.

    5/4 154.6 HIKED 9.3 MILES 2,222 feet elevation💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 4:20 hours I NEVER even thought I would ever be able to do this. 25,020 steps today so far.
    WALK 10K steps per day - every day - it works!!!
