This banana stevia added to everything. And steamed broccoli/cauliflower with pink Himalayan salt flakes and freshly ground pepper. 4rvwjly5el0q.jpeg

that banana stevia would be good in yogurt

Breakfast burritos! Which is really weird because I usually don’t like scrambled eggs and have eaten maybe one breakfast burrito in like 10 years before this :p

Recently I discovered Crio Bru. It's roasted, ground cacao beans, and you brew it like coffee. It's fair trade or direct trade in countries where fair trade certification isn't possible. It's SOOO GOOD! It satisfies the chocolate craving. No sugar. Only about 30 calories. My husband and I have been having it for dessert most nights, along with a couple small cookies. Some people sub out morning coffee with it as it's lower in caffeine.

I will definitely look for that. Sometimes I throw a scoop or two of cocoa nibs in with my whole bean coffee for a chocolatey spin on my daily coffee.

P.S. Why would anyone feel the need to disagree with you about this? 🙄

Y’all just stop, stop, stop!!!’ This is devolving into something like that pie thread. Just plain food porn.

I’m going to have to try some of that cocoa.

Oh my, the pics of yummy sweets is making my unhealthful sweet-craving kick in. :'( Now I need to look in the mirror to remind me of why I'm working so hard on limiting sweets. :s

@corinasue1143 Are you mixing the jello with the yogurt?

I’ve been mixing pudding mix with yogurt for months now and it’s delish. Hadn’t thought of mixing jello mix. But we did used to love “orange froth”, which was orange jello powder mixed with stuff like canned oranges and pineapple tidbits, cottage cheese and cool whip. A massive dose of artificial-in-a-bowl but sooooo good nonetheless.

Tell me how you’re using your jello, oh wise one who I’ve stolen many ideas from......

Tonight made a box of sugar-free strawberry jello with 1 cup hot water, about 1/2 cup very cold water. When it was soft, but beginning to set, I added 1 cup Greek yogurt. I used full fat cause that’s what I had. Beat it for about 10 minutes? Then added 1 cup diced fresh strawberries. It made a big bowl, 47 calories, 6.8 grams protein for 1/4 of it. I’ve already eaten 1/2 the bowl. Lol. Yes it’s good! Next time I will put more strawberries in it, and 1 or 2 on top to make it pretty.

I"m on the hunt for a new salad dressing to replace the low fat/low calorie one that was my favorite before. Of the four stores I've checked, none have it anymore. Soooo, my current food obsession is finding a good tasting salad dressing that doesn't add an overage of calories. Any recommendations for something yummy to jazz up my lettuce salads? LOW calorie is mandatory for my quest.

I like Bolthouse Farms and they range from 30-45ish calories a serving. I like the italian, bleu cheese, balsamic vinegar, and cucumber ranch.

I like skinny girl 10-15 calorie dressings. What flavor was your past one? Also like the panera 15 calorie poppyseed dressing.

Lightly sweetened tahini paste with a touch of vanilla. Tastes similar to halvah but the texture is similar to nut/seed butter.

I like honey mustard, not honey mustard dressing, just honey mustard, next to the mustard in the store. It’s strong enough you can only use a little. Gives salad a real zing!

Those 50s and 60s jello recipes.
Sugar free orange with cottage cheese and pineapple.
    Lime with yogurt and pears
Black cherry with sweet cherries and yogurt
May try lemon with blueberries and yogurt?
Tonight is strawberry with fresh strawberries and yogurt.

Lemon jello with yogurt and raspeberries is one of my favorites.

Also: orange with diced canteloupe and strawberry or kiwi with diced watermelon

I found a zero calorie one, Walden Farms Balsamic. It's good, of course I do like Balsamic vinegar anyway.
Thanks for your recommendations. I checked their website, and there is a store in a nearby town that carries that brand. I'll check it out.
