I have some just sitting in my cupboard. Got a few of them (freebie) but I haven't tried cause the ingredients don't jive with what I'd want to consume...1 -

I've never even heard of that yummy sounding flavor hummus! I looked online, and it seems to be double the calories of regular hummus (340 cal/2 oz for chocolate vs 170 cal/2.5 oz for plain hummus, so that will be a treat that I look forward to once I have a bit more weight loss. It sounds goooooood.0 -

I finally found a protein drink (mix) that I can tolerate the texture and taste, and as time has gone by, I've grown to actually like it. I get it at Costco, Orgain Organic Protein mix (I choose the chocolate flavored). I mix one scoop with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk.0 -
All the things I am having to now restrict due to my chronic medical junk acting up and causing increases in my pain levels.
Strawberries
Tomatoes
Yogurt
Soda
Curry
Hot sauce
There is more but those are the cravings I am having that I can't fulfill.4 -

I buy Tribe. A serving is 60 calories for 33 g. A double serving at 66 g is actually really satisfying and filling for only 120 calories, especially if you put it on fruit rather than eat by the spoonful. It tastes like brownie batter. Give it a go!2 -
Kid meat. It is milder and leaner than lamb. It's more expensive though, as goats need to be weaned later than lambs so they more expensive to raise. The billy's used to be slaughtered at birth because they were seen as a waste product of the goat cheese industry so it's nice to see some farmers raising the billy's for meat. We had roast kid goat racks tonight.

edamame! I buy them as frozen bags, defrost one a week and that's my lunch. VERY filling, low calorie and so yummy!

Kid isn't veal. It's young goat. The argument against humane (non crate) veal seems to be "it's not vegan," also.9 -

Another thing I'm also 'obsessing' over...I think I've had these everyday now for weeks 🤣🤣 They make great little snacks!3 -

True, it was in my heart to had to share regardless. I am not trying to be preachy or against anyone or anything. I have just recently been doing a lot of research and nutritional education and happened to discover so much in the past few years that it devastates me what we are doing to the earth!3 -
Quinoa and red rice cakes with peanut butter and preserves1

Weirdly, I hate Stevia because it tastes so strong! Most people seem to like it just fine. I can taste it in some prepared drinks and foods that other people I ask, they don't even taste it at all. Go figure.

My current obsession.... I don't even have one today! So, I just ate some (healthy recipe) left overs, and was done for the day. Perhaps I'll consider Celestial Season Cinnamon Apple Spice herbal tea as my obsession, I've been drinking it as ice tea all day, and will make a cup of hot tea before bedtime.1

Stevia is definitely an acquired taste. I actually love the bite/bitterness of it. I hate sucralose and other sweeteners because they don't have that flavor lol.3 -

Imo, the less expensive stuff (cut usually either maltodextrin or dextrose) taste absolutely horrible! However, if the product is 'pure' - (Steviol Glycosides (Stevia rebaudiana Leaf Extract) it'll do it for me. I consume stevia everyday lol! Love it.5 -
Coconut wraps, Cashew queso dips, zucchini covered in nutritional yeast, herbs then baked and spagetti squash !2

Beets. Was also very excited to get rhubarb at the farmer's market.3

I've one more day of leftover (so cold) Hawaiian Purple Sweet Potato. Today it was on my plate with my lettuce salad, but when I'm done with tomorrow's serving, I think I'll be over this obsession for awhile.2

Check out my little friend on my lettuce, so far there's one ladybug and one larvae but I just killed all the aphids with dishwashing soap.1 -
canned artichoke hearts added to my salads5

Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes.
I go to bed happy I’ll be having them for breakfast and wake up happy I am having them for breakfast.
I had to stop myself from making a batch for snacks this afternoon.3 -
Once again my Just Egg Plant based0
-
EggLife egg white wraps! They are tasty af, low in calories and high in protein. I'm currently going through a 6 pack per day which is unsustainable but in the meantime...YOEO (you only egg once...?)0

Well obviously my obsession today was Margaretta Pizza (IOW, diced tomato topped, cracker-thin dough). 900 calories total, and I ate ever bite by the end of the day. Calorie count I didn't go too far off the rails, since I otherwise just had salad and a protein drink.1

rapini, cook 2 bunches a week and it is my side for everything.0

Asparagus1

It’s been hard to not drown everything in garlic and butter lately0
