Milk. Just plain ol' 2% white 🐄 milk! I suppose its because I've cut down on so many of my refined sugar treats, that it actually tastes sweet to me, and yummy, and creamy. Getting in a habit of drinking it every evening. Plus, a woman always needs her calcium!

Steamed or roasted radishes with lots of seasoning. They almost have the consistency of potatoes made like this. Soooo good.

Greek yoghurt again. I hadn't eaten it for a while but started having it recently with oats and a tablespoon of cashew butter for breakfast. Delicious and filling for hours.

    Same!!!
But I like mine with pecans and a drizzle of honey on top 😋😋😋
Or just on top of a banana pancake and topped up with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon!
Just can’t get enough of it!!!

Love greek yogurt... picky about the brand though! I like Fage 2%. Also like Icelandic Provisions Skyr!

Fage is also my favorite and they now have a lactose free version. I was excited to see that.

    1 serving Greek yogurt (170gr)
1 sm box sugar free vanilla instant pudding
    1 can pumpkin purée
Cup of ice water (appx 240 gr)
    Squirt of vanilla
Shake of pumpkin pie spice/ground ginger/cinnamon

Beat well and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Serve with light whipped cream and a couple grams ginger crystals if you have them.

Divine. Tastes just like pumpkin pie without the crust, and with the protein of yogurt. Win/win

Keeps well, covered, in fridge 3-4 days.

Yes, try it! My night snack for over 10 years now. Never get sick of it. :D

    Gyros.

All of a sudden, I want ALL the gyros.

I sat down and worked it out and happily, they’re not that bad, caloriewise.

And the local gyro place that’s within walking distance has some killer baba ganoush. I would mainline baba if I could.

I use plain nonfat. The pie spice, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla can be adjusted to taste. I’m addicted to Saigon cinnamon. I know, I know, but kidney failure versus obesity, you gotta choose your poison. I don’t think I’m to the point of abusing cinnamon, lol. Three giant shakes a day.

Can’t have chai unless the cinnamon on top sets your mouth on fire!

Starbucks instant iced coffee. Lol. I used to burn up soooo many calories on coffee drinks on my way to work in the morning. I had to find a solution because I felt I was wasting them with how hungry I would end up at the end of the day. So, the instant packs are only 100 calories and are sweet enough for my taste :)

I’m addicted to these! I have one every day!

ok now...who disagreed with @VegjoyP now? Have you tried this product and didn't like it? Which is, of course, totally ok but why not explain your 'why' instead of just pressing that button?

Lightly sweetened oatmeal prepared with almond milk, a few drops of rose water, topped with tahini and raisins. A few salt flakes on top optional but highly recommended. Soooo goood!

Found this and a teriyaki version at Lidl, but MFP database also shows them sold at Sam’s and Costco. Low cal, fresh, convenient, inexpensive, and quite tasty. I can eat the entire package with some tofu or chicken without guilt.
