Gonna be sidelined for a while. Tore my bicep. Not real happy. No lifting with my left arm until doctor clears me to.2

I did day 1 of P90X3 and Insanity Max30 to see which program I want to do first. I definitely got an amazing burn with my buddy ShaunT in Cardio Max. Ahh not sure which one to do next!!1

I’m on day 83 of p90x3 lost about 30 lbs so far and 18” loved it! I tried insanity but didn’t have the stamina at the time (still don’t think I do) so I quit. But when I get under 200 I’d like to try insanity again.

Amazing job girl!!! I decided on Insanity Max 30. I feel like I have the cardiovascular endurance right now for it since I just did T25. Day 2 Tabata Power done and I may have cried a little during the push ups!! Working on my last 5 pounds and hope this will do it 🙌I’m on day 83 of p90x3 lost about 30 lbs so far and 18” loved it! @drea2011 I am NOT a beachbody coach nor do I do the shakeology or anything so I’m not trying to sell you BUT I have had amazing results with T25! I did Alpha and Beta several years ago and lost 40 pounds and this time I did all 3 rounds including gamma and I lost 10 pounds (only had about 15 to lose) and dropped 1.5 pants sizes. Plus my endurance is amazing. I can run 4-5 miles now and I feel so strong and can see some muscles. I love Shaun T ❤️3

Doc says I can do cardio and lifting, but no pulls. Gotta get mri...then we discuss surgery.1

Yea, this is an injury that is worse than it looks, but doesn’t “feel” as bad as it looks.
Not happy. At least core, lower body and cardio is cleared.
