    This one was a little tougher for me, my shoulders obviously aren't very strong, looking forward to change that!

    I was so surprised at how challenging this one was the first time I did it. You’ll be surprised at how much growth you’ll have from it!

    Did this one really late and forgot to post it here. It was hard but I loved loved loved it, I can tell leg day is gonna be my favorite. It's also going to force me to get heavier weights sooner than I thought.
