Away this weekend for 4 days for the last cheerleading competition of the season.
But aiming to finish in the 136's (Last round ended on an artificially high weight due to family event the night before).
Started my 1,000,000 step challenge on July 1st and only 5 weeks till my holiday so plenty to focus on!

    Round Start Weight 140.4lb

07/02 - 136.9lb (-3.5lb) Well that's the weekend whoosh expected a day or so early but happy to take it. TOM started unexpectedly too today so maybe that was part of it as well.
Food planned and prepped for the day and gym for an hour tonight.
Logged 11,378 steps yesterday which isn't bad having been at work - 988,622 to go! At work but hoping to get a walk in at lunchtime to up my steps for the day.

07/03 - 136.7lb (-0.2lb) 16,735 steps. Lots of steps as trainer took us out on a run tonight! Did a total of 7.5km where we ran for 5 minutes then walked for 2 minutes! Quite proud of myself as I am not a runner at all - love walking and love being out on my bike but not running!
07/04 - 135.4lb (-1.3lb) 10,967 steps (960,920 to go) Happy with this although not sure how much of this is down to the fact I only had a small dinner yesterday evening. Had a day off work yesterday to watch my youngest in her swimming gala so think it may also be due to sweating off pounds in the swimming pool as it was unbelievably hot in there! Good food day planned today then heading off early tomorrow to Bournemouth for the UK Cheerleading Nationals finals weekend - these events are always a test to any form of healthy eating!

And a Happy 4th July to our American friends today

07/05 - 135.6lb (+0.2lb) Really pleased the drop has hung around despite my (homemade within calories) burger last night. Heading off for the weekend now with good intentions  but so hard at these events plus it is my birthday on Sunday so will have a gin and tonic and probably an ice cream on the beach too. 10,817 steps
    Have a great weekend

07/06 - AWAY Only 5,380 steps as too much travelling time!
    07/07 - AWAY 14,986 Steps
    07/08 - AWAY 11,111 steps
07/09 - 137.7lb (+2.1lb) Not an unexpected gain for a long cheerleading weekend away with my birthday in the middle of it all as well - overall pleased with my weigh in today. Youngest got a 2nd and also crowned National Junior 1 Champions and eldest got a 3rd and a 4th (losing out on top spot by less than 0.8% - such a close competition!). Also only manged 6,707 steps yesterday as too much car time travelling home. 88,081 steps to date though.
Back on track today and gym tonight for an hour plus water, water and more water !
Couple of days to try and finish this round weighing less than what I started it .....

07/10 - 136.4lb (-1.3lb) 12,426 steps. All good as weekend bloat going and feeling good and motivated. No gym tonight so will fit in a decent lunchtime walk at work. Food prepped and planned

07/11 - 136.4lb (STS) Happy to finish the round here as lost in the round overall and had a celebratory glass of fizz last night with the news of the safe arrival of our latest (6th) grandchild! They live 200 miles away so its another hotel and car weekend ahead so we can head up and meet the new man. Piccie to show him off here

7/11 - 141.3. Had a small procedure done yesterday and I'm retaining fluid big time. I can see it in my face and hands. Not a good representation of normal life this 10 day stretch so I honestly can't call this round a success or failure. Ending with swelling due to medical reasons kind of negates everything else :). Good news is that I have no travel, a normal work schedule, and no reasons to deviate from tracking or working out in the next 10 days (starting again this weekend when the swelling goes down...)

@amn0619 So glad to hear that everything is going well after your procedure.
