07/12 - 164.6 (+0.7) - Anyway I think that's my weight, I had a battle with my scales this morning, every time I tried to started it, it showed a number already there (e.g. instead of 0.0 there was 1.8 or 0.8 or 2.3....) So I deducted the initial wight from the final weight. I'm going scales shopping this afternoon but I'm so disappointed as it's was an expensive one (Garmin to go with my tracker) If anyone has a brand to recommend I'm all ears
07/13 - 165.8 (+1.1)
07/14 - 165.8 (-0.0)
07/15 - 165.2 (-0.6)
07/16 - 163.2 (-2.0) I didn't have time to post this weekend but I did weight every day I've been really active which is good, it keeps me away from food I ended up buying a new scale in the sales, a very simple one, I'm hoping it'll last a little longer but at that price it won't matter lol I've been sticking to my allocated MFP calories but it's been up and down and all over the place, looks at least like it's going in the right direction now!
07/17 - 163.2 (0.0) I'm happy I'm staying at this weight, the other days it had gone straight back up! it's my "new low" number Yesterday evening I had a flat tire with my bike so I'm going to learn to change it myself. I'll get the gear tonight but as I'm busy tonight it'll have to wait till Thursday so I have enough time to do it. I've really started enjoying cycling to work, it's a good way to get my cardio workout done (4km each way is not too long but rather hilly so I change at the office). I walked to the office this morning and it took me 50 minutes. I'm still confused how fitbit/MFP calculate the exercise activities as not all exercise carries over from Fitbit to MFP

07/16 124.8 Still having trouble managing my calories during the day, but instead of over was under 200 last night so had a smoothie/dessert-very nice. Ate the well yesterday, no alcohol and think I loss water weight built up from the weekend. Great now to be on track.
07/17 124.8- Hopefully not many TOM's left but alas still like clockwork. Since have not been tracking previously thru TOM, I should be happy I stayed the same weight. Bummer part is I ate almost the same calories as day before- expected just a little loss.

07/12 – 141.5 – Great start for the weekend. Our city is having an Italian Festival right outside my office door. I ate half a Stromboli for lunch yesterday and had a small salad at home for supper to compensate for the extra calories. Our grandson is spending the night tonight and he will want Chinese food, so no Italian for me today. I’m just realizing that after over a year of watching calories, these food decisions are starting to become second nature to me.
07/13 - 142 – Not unexpected due to the sodium in the Chinese food.
07/14 – 143 – Drinks and snacks with some unexpected visitors last night, then I didn’t eat great today either. It’s the weekend! I don’t want to weigh tomorrow, but I will.
07/15 – 143.5 – Not as bad as I expected, although it could still show up tomorrow. Back to weight loss calories for the week. We have plans to head to wine country by Lake Erie this weekend and I’d like to be back down before we go.
07/16 – 143 – Slowly but surely.
07/17 – 142.5 – OK!

UGW - somewhere in the mid-130's.
Goal for round 83 - discipline, get myself in the right head space. I do well for a couple of rounds, and then stagnate for a couple. Last round was not indicative of real life with travel, different work hours, and a small medical procedure at the end that has left me swollen and retaining fluid. I really want to regroup this round and get where I need to be mentally. But I need to find the drive. That's my biggest hurdle - I lose focus when stress and anxiety pop up, get upset with myself, and then spiral down more.
7/12 - 141.5. Not the right direction. Couldn't work out yesterday due to a small dermatology procedure, didn't think I ate poorly but I did eat a couple of oreos. Oh well. Today is a new day. Frustrated that I'm 2.4 lbs over my low less than 2 weeks ago, but I have to look forward not back.
7/13 - 140.9. Leg/core weight circuit yesterday, hydrated well, stayed in a deficit.
7/14 - 140.0. Spent all day yesterday outside at my daughter’s softball tournament, head index 106 degrees. No workout but I sweated all day long and it was too hot to eat much so I was in a deficit. Day two of tourney today. Hydration is the main goal, for my daughter and me.
7/15 - 140.7. 4 mile run and 2 mile walk yesterday. Then sat in the heat at the second day of the tournament, followed by the end of season team party. Indulged in pizza and cake at the party.
7/16 - 141.1. I'm stuck, mentally and physically. My head isn't in this anymore. I grazed too much yesterday. I walked 4 miles and took bodycombat, don't think I drank enough water to make up for all of the dehydration from the weekend. I need to work on the mental side of this. Honestly, I'm tired of thinking about weight loss and food choices. It's taking up a lot of mental space. I need to get past that feeling and remember why I want to lose weight. I'm fighting bad genetics (huge history of heart problems in my family) and don't want to have the health issues my family does. I'll get there again at some point.
7/17 - 140.2. Tough HIIT class and 2 mile walk yesterday, much better with hydration, stayed in a deficit.10 -

07/17 - DNW - So I was doing really well getting back on track nutrition-wise until the baseball game went sour (the other coach starting yelling and screaming at everyone, especially our team, our coaches, and all the parents in the stands). So BF (the coach) and I went to get dinner to cool off after (and he can get his favorite drink) and, although I only had a couple chips and a small chimichanga from the a la carte, I'm sure I went over calories since I didn't plan that in. Hopefully not too much but I definitely feel the salt bloat today. TOM started so I'm hoping that a good chunk of this bloat and excess weight (that I'm still afraid to look at) will disappear after the next couple days. I won't get to find out until next round as this is tournament week and I'm at the BF's until Sunday night. Probably best I stay away from the scale and don't get tempted. I don't want to mess up my mindset (which is already messed up just from feeling bloated and heavy).

07/15 - Best friend in town until tomorrow morning at like 3am. I didn't want to look at the scale because I know I'm up horrendously and I cannot do that to my mental health (plus TOM is on its way any day and that's not helping the scale). Have an okay lunch. Just leftovers. Hoping by end of this round I'll be back to my normal weight and feeling less bloated and down on myself for splurging. But I only get to see her about once a year so I took a step back. And boy did my body not like going back to my old ways. I felt like crap most of the weekend. But she has her favorite spots she wants to go to because she can't get them back home so I obliged, to my body's protests.
07/16 - Was up at 3am to drop best friend off at airport. Didn't sleep well at all (really woke up at 1am and didn't fall asleep until well after 10pm). Also still feeling bloated and bleh so I decided for my mental health, I will not weigh in until I get back into my routine for a little while. I don't think I could handle seeing a big gain (which I'm sure is there) without going off the deep end. I know its just a blip, but I don't want to risk it. Plus TOM is going to make the scale even worse for me. Instead, I'll check in and read about ya'll's successes to get me through. I know I can come back from this, just gotta give it time. First real day back on schedule (yesterday I took my friend out to a nice dinner at a place I've never been to so I went a little over calories I'm sure) but today I have things planned out and an early start so hopefully I'll get plenty of extra movement in to help move some of this crud in my gut. Got myself some lemon water to drink while my coffee cools to a drinkable temperature and flavor water through the day. Yesterday I drank almost 100oz which goes to show how much I needed to flush and rehydrate my body after this weekend. With this early start, I'm hoping I'll succeed in doing the same (I'm already over 20oz in! And that's an hour before I'm normally at work)

@nikki062181 Here is to meeting my goal in these 10 days. I was 17lbs from my goal weight and have since gained 17 additional pounds. That puts me 34lbs over. I went from 232 to 142lbs. I need to buckle down. I've lost 7.2 lbs out of that 17 so far. I have 3 mini goals on mind. My first mini goal is to break through that "glass ceiling" and get back into the 140's. If I could lose 1.9 lbs over the next 10 days, that would be amazing.

07/14 @ 8 151.4 Staying steady. There may be some difference in the scale tomorrow because I'll start getting up no later than 7 this coming week. I'm gradually adjusting back into my 5 a.m. wake up time for when I go back to work.
07/15 @ 8 151.6 This happened last round when the number starting creeping up by 2 oz each day. I hope this isn't the case this time. I also overslept. I forgot it was Sunday. I'll set my alarm for 7 for tomorrow.
07/16 @ 7 151.4 I was 80 calories shy of consuming all my calories and did not do well on my water. I am going to cut myself some slack though. I have been sick for a week.
07/17 @ 7 153.6 😮 ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE! I stayed within my calories. I exercised. I did struggle with water and had too many carbs. That could be it.

7/12 169.9 Got home Wednesday night weighed - 173.5. This morning 169.9 and hopefully down more tomorrow. While I was in Colorado I stayed within calories all but one day and even then was 200 over. I walked every day I was there. I had the most fantastic walks of my life. Like I'm trying to figure out how quickly I can go back just to walk trails. Turns out I love hiking, I mean it kicks my booty when I'm doing it but I have personally never done any physical exercise that gave me such a feeling of accomplishment. Please see the pic below, this is what I got to see after sweating my *kitten* off for twenty minutes climbing up. So this water weight is no biggie, I haven't been drinking as much water as I should, now that I'm home my regular routine should take care of that. I need to get caught up with you guys. HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
7/13 168.4 Not as big of a drop as I had hoped but I know I'm still retaining water. I got in a little over 3 miles and mowed the front and back yard before it got too hot. Spent the rest of the day with the BF. The first time we've seen each other in almost a month.
7/14 169.1 Dang it! Too much sodium for someone who was already retaining water. Why do chicken cranberry sausages have to have so much friggin' sodium? Walked 3 miles, trying to keep up the miles in the heat is challenging but I'm trying Spent the rest day with the most beautiful "like a grandbaby" girl ever. She was "helping" me water flowers. ch5zyycq0tl2.jpg
7/15 169.4 I guess I've still not drunk enough water. I know the calories I ingested would not cause me to gain 2 pounds. It has to be water retention. It cooled down to a high of 85 today, so I'll hit the trail after work. It's Monday for sure, I'm so tired.
7/16 168.2 That’s better. Walked 3 last night. I should be able to get three in tonight before the temperature goes into the 90’s for the next 5 days. Headed to StL today. I won’t have a scale until Friday. I’m going to try to drink water while driving instead of tea. It definitely helps with water retention.
7/17 NS Did not walk 3 miles yesterday, weather.com lied to me about the temperature. Jerks Didn't get in all the water I should have either but I got in some. I did walk around shopping for an hour and a half so that's something. Tonight I will be going to the gym.11 -

I know I checked in yesterday, but my post seems to have disappeared. Oh well. We’re going to an art fair this afternoon — part of the city-wide festival that runs from yesterday through next weekend. Looking forward to it! Have a lovely weekend, all!

DH told me last night “you have a lot of muscle.” I’m still smiling! Have a beautiful Sunday, all!

Yesterday afternoon I went hiking at one of our beautiful county parks. It was hot, but they have fields of native prairie wildflowers, and deep fragrant forest with one of Indiana's designated Scenic Waterways running through. And I came face to face with a doe on the trail.

I appear to be stuck, but it's ok, I've been eating happily -- hungry with the work/fun of putting in a new garden. Today is mulching day if the rain holds off. If it doesn't, that's ok, too, as we really need it and I could do some laundry. I thought I'd add a happy pic I took yesterday -- the view from my office window. When we moved in, there were huge clumps of pampas grass blocking this & the bedroom window. Here's the redo as it currently stands.

Round 83 Goals:
- My son's birthday party is at the end of this round! Won't be denying myself birthday cake and other goodies, so I'm not expecting myself to lose at the end of this round. I'd like to hit a new low one day though!
- Keep wearing my HRM to the gym. It's a good motivator, especially in HIIT-style classes.
- Keep up 3 tumblers of water per work day. I usually just don't want to get up to refill my cup, so having this goal and marking it down in my planner every day has helped me to follow through here.
- Prep lunches and simple dinners so that birthday party prep (and this impending Tropical Storm) don't throw me completely off track.

7/15 - 151.0 Just checking in from the weekend, and I obviously need it! I was stuck at home Friday - Sunday because of the Tropical Storm, which turned out to be fine in my area. But it was a long weekend of snacking (out of a combo of boredom and stress), no calorie tracking, and very little movement. Back at work today and didn't meal plan or grocery shop for this week...I'll try to fit that in tomorrow, since I'm going back to the gym tonight.
7/16 - 149.6
7/17 - 148.8 Ok, had a few urgent work things taking up ALL my time the last few days, so it's been hard to find time to check in. But yay - we're going back down! I went to the gym on Monday night for a really good boxing session. We're just flying by the seat of our pants with no meal plan/prep this week, and using items in the freezer and the pantry to figure out dinner each night, but I've been making good choices and tracking that really well!
NSV: went shopping for some new shorts yesterday, and I was able to go down to a smaller size than I expected and I felt good in them!

So I'm back in keto after the weekend. It's been a LOT of up and downs this past week. I'm glad to see my general trend is still downwards though.
Today we'll have lunch with work, and I'll later have dinner. I've managed to up my calories from 12 to 1600-1800 lately while staying keto on eating days. After that another 36h fast is awaiting. Let's see if I can finally pus through 15911 -

I am so frustrated. Grrr. I gain 3lbs on vacay (even though I thought I made mostly good food choices). Then came home did 16/8 fasting for a week - avoided the scale and I’m up another pound! I know it’s not a lot but I have been fighting to get under 160 for months (and did!) and here I am and feel no matter what I do the scale doesn’t go down. Pissed this am. Thanks for listening.

When fasting it's important you make sure your body still gets the calories you need. If you don't, your fasting turns into starving. They are very different and you need to be careful that you're actually fast and feast so you don't get into starvation mode.6 -
@salleewins “I am trying to not lock myself in and be too perfect because that leads to my failure.” THIS is why I have never set a loss goal for myself in these challenges. My “goal” has been to see the average weight drop at the end of each round, no matter how small.10

Goal this round-160
7/16-163-Back from vacation and feeling good. I swam a lot and didn’t eat too much junk. I went for a bike ride on a new road yesterday and as soon as the tree trimmers are out of here, I’ll be back to my big walks.
I hope everyone is doing well.😊
7/17-165🤣I made the best dang pork ribs and ate a pile of them. Then, right before I went to bed, I drank a lot of water.....I guess dinner was salty.
I’m back to walking and swimming, so it’s all good!

heaviest was June 16 --153.4...that day I came up with a new plan, and here we are..thank you for this forum! I will achieve my goal and I will maintain it once there.

end goal: 125
GOAL: Be AWARE of my food choices...
WHY ---do I choose what I choose
WHEN --do I choose the food I choose
HOW ---do those choices impact your weight and fitness goals? The understanding of these questions should be enlightening to help me make better future decisions and change patterns of behavior
3rd round for me. This is a great way to keep in touch with others with similar goals. I'm 49 yo female Canadian expat living in Central America. Good luck all for to continuing the journey to all our goals. On 6/25 I decided to give up alcohol for a month, partly to help with weight loss, but who am I kidding...lol I need a etoh break anyways. So, I'm doing my exercise, mindful choices with food, and haven't had etoh in 21 days.

My goal for this round is to get out of the 310s and stay on track with my food and fitness plans.
07/12 312.0 I’m happy that I’m not up from all the activity yesterday. I did 2 sets of a bodyweight workout minus planks and I got in 10k steps. I’m feeling it all today so I’m going to take it easy today. My nsv was hitting 10k steps!
07/13 311.2 I’m still feeling the other day and I’m having a flare up of my MS. I have a plan in place and I’m not going to use it as an excuse to sit around and eat. I’m going to try to do little bits of activity as I can throughout the day.
07/14 311.6 I managed strength training yesterday and I was a bit high in sodium and carbs, plus a little later of a night and then earlier morning.
07/15 310.4 I got in decent steps yesterday by doing several short walks as I felt like I could. I’m having to use my cane, but I’m not beating myself up about it. I have a plan in place for the next week because we’ll be at about 100 before any heat index, which usually brings it up around 105-110. I hope to get a few walks today because the weather is going to be nice.
07/16 310.4 I got in a number of walks yesterday thanks to the slightly cooler weather and ended up a little over 10k in steps. I’m still having to use my cane and I’m not the fastest walker right now but that’s okay, I’m just happy to be out walking. The rest of this week I’m mostly staying inside because of the excessive heat , but I can use a lower activity day or two.
07/17 309.8 I’m hopeful that this sticks and that I continue to move downward.

Vacation and tons of activities, I've been slacking off a bit lately and gained 2 lbs over the last month. I need a serious reset over the next 10 days. Rather bloated this morning so I feel that 4 lbs is doable.
Goals: 1. Work out at lunch 4x a week
2. 2 Reps of 5 Push ups daily & 2 Reps of 1 min planks daily
Day/Weight/Comment
07/12: 147.0 - Yoga Burn at lunch + Push Up + Plank. Big family dinner at nice place, tried to keep my eating light. Had 1000 calories saved up for dinner.
07/13 - didn't weigh in - busy day. Lot of walking and baseball game. Ate a pretty large mexican food meal - but only ate 1x all day.
07/14: 145.6 - Another busy day with kid's baseball. Gardened quite a bit and worked around the house.
07/15: 144.6 - YAY!!!!! I feel like the bloat is leaving! Solid workout at lunch Yoga Burn week 2 followed up with planks, pushups, sit ups and stretches. Kept calories under 1350 - trying not to eat back exercise cals this round.
07/16: 144.2 - Great workout at lunch - Yoga Burn Week 2 - plus planks, sit ups, pushups, side planks - stayed under cal goal. Didn't eat exercise calories earned back.

07/12 160.4 - 14,300 No diet change. It is water retention because I am uncomfortably puffy again. Started birth control last week for medical reasons and even though doctor said it wouldn’t affect weight, I have to believe that is where this is coming from. I’m having a few other issues as well. Maybe it is just a transition time - I hope. This stinks! 😔
07/13 160.8 - 14,000
07/14 159.6 - 15,600
07/15 159.0 - 14,100 It seems like I’m just losing at a “normal” rate instead of the fluid going away because I should be down a few pounds. I guess I am just happy to be moving in the right direction and proud to be staying on plan. It has been much harder this week. I’m having insane hunger/cravings.
07/16 157.6 - 11,900 A new low! I’ve changed my goal three times now but I really think I’m getting close. Maybe 145-150ish??
07/17 156.8 - 14,500 Water is all going. It is fun to see the drops... but we all know I will wake up with 3 pounds of water again any day now. Lol! 🤪

Day/Weight/Comment
7/12 143, not too bad for being lower than usual on water and not working out as much as I normally do (in the middle of my TOM). Hoping to get my energy to today for 70 minutes on the elliptical.
7/13 142.8, going to the museum with a friend and then a yoga class later in the afternoon. Food is all prepped, so just hope to drink enough water throughout the day and keep to the plan .
7/14 141.2, today’s my last day of my cycle so a lot of the weight drop can be attributed to that, but still great to be almost in the 130s and at my round goal. One small victory is that I noticed that I’m under my license weight of 145. I put that number when I was in the 160s because I was too ashamed to put my real weight.
7/15 141.6, this is the second month that I recorded my TOM weight. I normally just track, but don’t actually look at the trends on what happens. Last month, I stalled for two weeks after so hopefully that won’t happen again. But if it does, I can prepare more next month. I won’t be making any radical changes to my diet or exercise this week to really see what my body does.
7/16 140.6, really don’t understand the weight loss today, but I’ll take it! Going to a baseball game with a friend and going to have a hot dog and a beer (will make sure in calories, but life is too short to not enjoy some days!)
7/17 140.8, took a barre class yesterday and really enjoyed it. I need to be more consistent since once a week isn’t cutting it. Planning to go Friday and Saturday as well. I think the closer I get to my goal, the faster I want it to go! Getting a bit impatient, but can’t forget the one day at a time plan.

What we need to succeed is a sustainable way of eating, not a DIET we go on and off.
This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.
7/11 123.0
7/12 121.0 WTH?? Happy new round to me?? Got daughter home from hospital, meds picked up at pharmacy and I think last night was a good night. Not sure why I’m losing. I’ve been eating.
7/13 121.0 It was a good day, I think. We didn’t do much of anything. LOL We had zucchini pizza boats for dinner-I modified the recipe because we are pretty much OMAD, and added extra protein. DGS works at the movie theater and we asked him to bring us a small buttered popcorn. I haven’t had popcorn in almost 2 years. The first bite was MEH but after that it really was delish. I hope I haven’t openers a Pandora’s box!
7/14 121.0
7/15 121.5 Pool (she can’t get in), walk, and Mazzio’s salad bar yesterday. Up 0.5, probably that popcorn rearing it’s ugly head! Oh well.
7/16 122.0 Pretty sure this is still the popcorn. @Mbabydoll and I did all of the laundry- 4 loads. Her washer is huge! She took a picture of me trying to reach the bottom of the tub. And fancy so I loaded and moved laundry and she pushed the buttons! LOL We had Green Chile and Chicken Mock Enchilada Casserole around noon and a salad later in the day.
7/17 121.5 We ran a couple of errands yesterday. Today we’ll go to Starbuck’s and the pool if her pink has faded.11 -

Away again this weekend to go and meet our newest grandson but a round clear of any other major social events or weekends away.
This round & R84 to go before my holiday so reason to stay focused as would love to hit the 133lb by then (which in the UK is a milestone as it equates to 9.5stone. Aiming to lose 1.4lb this round and finish at 135lb
Round Start Weight 136.4lb
07/12 - 136.6lb (+0.2lb) OK with this - not unexpected as Thursday night is home made burger night so carb heavier than normal with the bun. Weight is holding steady. No distractions on the horizon today and will weigh in early tomorrow morning before we head off up north for the weekend to meet our new grandson - back Sunday evening so only one night away of eating out and hotel breakfasts!
07/13 - 136.8lb (+0.2lb) Expected after carb heavier dinner last night. Need to try and stay focused over the weekend as we're away and only three weeks till our holiday!
07/14 - AWAY
07/15 - 136.5lb (-0.3lb) YAY!!!! Not often I can report a loss over a weekend let alone a weekend away. Away up north to meet our new grandson so ate out on Saturday night, made a sensible main course choice and avoided dessert (there was no cheese and biscuits on the menu anyway!). Had a full hotel breakfast buffet Sunday morning too but was then very full for the rest of the day so only had a light snack when we got home. Maybe I'm finally learning to listen to my body when its says actually I'm not that hungry! Onwards and downards towards my 135 finish .........
07/16 - 137.0lb (+0.5lb) OK with this as holding steady and I was really hungry last night so did have a pretty big dinner. Difficult day ahead food wise as have a friend over from Australia and we're meeting up tonight for a chinese and a few bottles of wine! Will stick to my normal food during the day and drink plenty of water and just try to not overdo it tonight - I know the scales will definitely be up tomorrow morning but still aiming to lose in this round overall. Have a good Tuesday
07/17 - 139.8lb (+2.8lb) As expected following our chinese take out and a couple of glasses of red. Didn't overeat at all but its just the whole take away food and salt excess that's making me feel awful today - which is why I personally never choose to have a take out! Plenty of water today and tomorrow and I'm sure this will drop back down in the next day or so

Did well maintaining, including while on two recent weeklong vacations, but the day I returned home the scale jumped up July 10: 156.4 and then further up July 11: 157 & then further up July 12: 158.2 😮😳😮 I haven’t seen that number since November ‘18.
07/12 158.2
Over 155 (my scream wt) for the past 3 days. Not sure why, exactly, as I’m tracking all & my apps indicate I should be down 1-2 lbs.)
So, I’ve gone back to full weight loss mode as of 1 pm today. No eating out, no sugar, no starches after lunch, and keep those under 60g/meal. 3 meals per day, no snacks. Low sodium, high fiber. Time to get back to 153 (my GW) or even lower.
07/13 156.4
07/14 157.2 Disappointing (social engagements around eating) walked
07/15 158.8 OMG
Restart #2: I’m not giving up.
07/16 157.6 [I did very well yesterday. All macros/micros very good & calories of 1,736 (low for me).
I’m glad the scale responded. Makes it easier when we are turning the “cruise ship” around to get some encouraging news.]
Just successfully talked myself out of eating out (several places) as I ran errands... was dicey there a few times.
What worked?
“Yes, that’s a habit, but the food is cr*p.”
“Yes, you’d like to go there, but remember you feel awful afterwards even if you eat wisely: too rich, too much SALT.”
“Why are you doing this. You’re not even hungry? (Recognizes salty taste in mouth.) “Ah Yes, WAY too much salt in Sunday.” Water water water!
I was 155 or below until July 10. A week ago. I’m reminding myself that I have caught this quickly.

ROUND 83 (my first round)
Day/Weight/Comment
07/12 - 333.6 - I am so excited! I'm a school administrator and have been off work for the summer since June 7th. When I weighed in on 6/8, I was 349.6. One of my goals this summer was to kick my exercise and good eating habits into high gear. Here I am barely over a month later and I'm down 16 lbs! I'm keeping my calories to 2,000 most days; if I do go over, then I exercise longer to ensure I have a deficit. The biggest change is that I've been doing a LOT of walking. I exercise 7 days a week, where my 1 rest day is just a 30 minute easy walk. The other days I'm averaging over 70 minutes of exercise per day. Eating out is almost non-existent...too much salt. I finally found the right combination of food, exercise, and sleep that works best for my body.
07/13 - 337.2 - I don't have a clue why the big jump overnight. But I'm still thrilled because Saturday is my actual weigh-in day, and today's weigh-in was over 3 lbs less than last week.
07/14 - Church day, no time for weigh-in this morning. Steps = 16,308 for the day!
07/15 - 336 - Planning to do 2 Leslie Sansone workouts today (100 minutes total); aiming for at least 15,000 steps this week. I'll update tomorrow with how I did today. I figured why not plan my exercise like I plan my food. UPDATE: Didn't do the workouts I had planned; instead I marched and jogged in place and around the house for 44 while watching an episode of Star Trek Enterprise.
07/16 - 339.2 -- I really don't know what's happening, but I refuse to give up. I read an MFP blog about rucking....walking with a weighted backpack (or rucksack as the military calls it). I loaded nearly 19 lbs of textbooks in my backpack and strapped it on while I walked and jogged around my house while watching Star Trek Enterprise. That's how I was able to torch 311 calories in only 23 minutes. It was quite invigorating.
07/17 - 339.2 - All I know is that I'd better have a loss come Saturday's official weigh-in; the last one was 337.2.
