My favorite lunchables were the hot dogs, tacos and nachos... I always heated them up. I would never eat them cold.

I have this every day but it's not toasted (I got scolded by my oral surgeon when listing foods I'd eaten before a surgery and figured cinnamon toast was easier to say than bread with **I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and cinnamon and splenda).

**Fun fact: I can, in fact, believe it's not butter.

It is a dish made in my father little village in Italy. It is actually the only place where this dish is cooked, you can't find it anywhere else in Italy. It's made with eggs, bread crumbs and parmigiano.

That reminds me of these they had at the cafeteria in elementary for snack time in the after school program. It had such a signature taste that I didn't like, but I drank anyways because I hated milk. 2q23woqs10jm.png

ha...I always remember there usually was only one 1/2 of a mushy cherry in the mix. For some unknown reason, I always wanted it too😆

I miss my mom's good old-fashioned cooking. Best complete Turkey dinners, potato salad, and desserts ever, came out of my mom's kitchen. Yet she always said she wasn't a great cook. :/ I have many of her recipes but they never taste quite the same.

Lol, I still love canned apricots (and the fruit cocktail in the little plastic cups).

@ReenieHJ -- I agree; nothing ever tastes as good as when Mom made it.
