    @quiltingjane Thank so much for the response and advice! I try to keep the carbs low and you have a point- they are key. Maybe next round I can make them my focus rather than calories. I test my ketones and even with intense exercise never break past 1.5 mmol/l. When I wasn't losing I started to avoid 'fat bombs' as I suspected I was eating too many. Might add one in the evening and see how it helps!
