    @tiabirdie56 Tish, Thank you. I hadn’t looked at the croissants that way but that might have been an okay choice particularly if I had taken some ham and/or bacon from home to make it into a sandwich! I will have to remember this tip!! We’ll have the same fare the next 2 months as we do Saturday morning rather than Wednesday night during October, November, and December. At least it’s only once a month!!

    @debbie7373 Don’t give up! I don’t know what plan you are following but try something different. Doing Keto/LCHF I had to increase my healthy fat intake to get the scale moving, cut the carbs - eliminating sugar and wheat products is a good place to start. Simple CICO has been proven ineffective. Never give up. And remember it can take several days for a good or bad day to show on the scale! Also @jupollock
