    Nov 2: Zumba 60 minutes, dog walk 1.67 miles, 47 minutes, 14,401 steps
    Nov 3: LM Body Combat 60 min, dog walk 1.65 miles 35 min 15,829 steps
    Nov 4: LM Body Pump-60 min, yoga 43 min, dog walk 1.46 miles 35 min 13,441 steps
    Nov 5: LM Body combat 60 min, dog walk 1.40 miles 38 minutes * lots of leaves so dog stopped lot 17,679 steps

    I'm done for today so I'm going to post for today and also total up what I have so far. Today was 62 mins which including a short dog walk, some running, and some walking on a break in my office.

    Nov 1: 80 min
    Nov 2: 12,000 steps at amusement park, not really exercise
    Nov 3: 60 min
    Nov 4: 77 min
    Nov 5: 91 min
    Nov 6: 62 min
    Total so far: 370 min/6.17 hours

    6/11 - 130 minutes walk - I'm so ill. This walk as pacing round 2 airports. A good way to get steps in!
