    46.5 hours minimum for me this month

    1/11 - 120 minutes walk, 30 minutes weight training
    2/11 - 130 minutes walk
    3/11 - 62 minutes walk
    4/11 - 100 minutes walk
    5/11 - 50 minutes walk, 30 minutes weight training
    6/11 - 130 minutes walk - I'm so ill. This walk as pacing round 2 airports. A good way to get steps in!
    7/11 - 120 minutes walk. Still feeling very grotty!
