    10/11 - 60 minute walk, 1 hour body pump class, 30 minutes body attack class

    11/15 - 128 min, by myself I did 3.25 miles that was 2.25 running and 1 walking, then walked each dog a mile for 2 more miles, then walked 1.75 miles with hubby
