    46.5 hours minimum for me this month

    1/11 - 120 minutes walk, 30 minutes weight training
    2/11 - 130 minutes walk
    3/11 - 62 minutes walk
    4/11 - 100 minutes walk
    5/11 - 50 minutes walk, 30 minutes weight training
    6/11 - 130 minutes walk - I'm so ill. This walk as pacing round 2 airports. A good way to get steps in!
    7/11 - 120 minutes walk. Still feeling very grotty!
    8/11 - 130 minutes walk. I feel much better today
    9/11 - 120 minutes walk
    10/11 - 60 minute walk, 1 hour body pump class, 30 minutes body attack class

    I got way behind reporting here :# Been busy being active. LOL

    Nov 1 - 15 min warmup walk on treadmill, 2.75 miles outside (2 miles running,.75 walking) 35 min, dog walk 15 min, 15 min strength/cardio intervals = 80 min
    Nov 3 - 1 hour walk
    Nov 4- 23 min dog walking, 35 min treadmill (25 min was running), 19 min walk with hubby
    Nov 5 - 35 min walking dogs, 13 min walk at work, 33 min evening walk with hubby, 10 min mini strength session
    Nov 6: 62 min which included a short dog walk, some running, and some walking on a break in my office
    Nov 7 - 40 min walk, 17 min strength with light cardio in between sets
    Nov 8 - 35 min running 2 miles and walking 1 and then 22 min walking dogs 1 mile
    Nov 9 - 2 hours walking ( 2 miles walking dogs and 3.5 walking with my husband)
    Nov 10: 1 mile dog walk (23 min), 26 min on treadmill (20 was running), 46 min walk with hubby - total 89 min
    Nov 11 - 35 min strength/ cardio intervals
    Nov 12 - 40 min treadmill (28 min run/12 min walk) and 23 min dog walking
    Nov 13 - 23 min light walking and side steps in my office
    Nov 14 - 57 min total of light walking, light cardio, and strength training
    Nov 15 - 128 min, by myself I did 3.25 miles that was 2.25 running & 1 walking, then walked each dog a mile for 2 more miles, then walked 1.75 miles with dh
    Nov 16 - Super bad crick in my neck today but I walked the dogs 63 min/ 2.33 miles
    Nov 17 - 84 min walking with hubby + dog walking
    Nov 18 - 1 hr 45 min mostly walking (dogs and dh) and a little running alone
    Nov 19 - walked dogs 15 min, 30 min walking breaks at work, 45 min walk with hubby = 90 min
    Nov 20 - 20 min x4 walk breaks/ lunch walking at work - 80 min total
    Nov 21 - 40 min treadmill (2 miles ran, half mile walked)
    Nov 22 - walked each dog 1 mile separately, then ran 2.25 miles, and this evening did 25 min of strength with light cardio between sets.... = 97 min
    Nov 23 - Exercise was walking each dog a mile and then 2.4 miles with my husband. 101 mins
    Nov 24 - 1 mile walking dogs then I ran 5k (plus about 3/4 mile cool down walk home) = 67 min
    Total: 1726 min/28.76 hours (Looks like I've passed the goal :):astonished::star: )

    Made my goal of 24 hours with a bonus of one hour (25 hours total)! I work 50 hours a week with small children, so fitting this goal in was a huge challenge for me. (like many, my time off is also spent on work related things/work prep). I think for December, I will keep the 24 hour challenge and not raise it.
