I am in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
April 4, 2019: Ten-day average 143.0 - I was around my lowest average weight on my entire journey and at my ultimate goal near the bottom of IDEAL goal range
January 4: Ten-day average 145.3 - Near the middle of IDEAL goal range.
February 4: Ten-day average 145.1 - Near the middle of IDEAL goal range.
March 4: Ten-day average 144.1 - Near the middle of IDEAL goal range.
April 4: Ten-day average 146.0 - Just above the middle of IDEAL goal range.
I gained in March. I could beat myself up about it, but then I step back and realize that I'm still in my maintenance range. In fact, I'm close to the middle of it. My actual ultimate goal weight is near the bottom of the range; it does appear I need more space above than below. Given what we're all going through, I should be quite pleased I haven't gained more than I have.

There is a good strand in Maintenance Discussion - has COVID-19 in title I think about methods folks are using to maintain while working at home...
Routine seeming to be paramount.
I have stopped stocking foods that âcall to meâ & have uppâd Exercise minutes significantly. (Which is a mood lift)
Also cleaning the house now is physical exercise for me & is adding more steps (and lifts my spirits)
I have kicked sugar out of my diet & appetite is steadily decreasing
Since dinner & nighttime snack seemed to be my issues, Iâm
Planning dinner pattern for the week in advance.
Eating 650-700 cals /3 meals & cutting out any snacking. Just a slippery slope with more food (and often just what I could get not my usual healthy items) in the house.
So far, so good.
What are you doing/planning to do?
I Really want maintenance to be as easy as possible, I donât like the stress of worry lying about it in my life. If it means cutting out some foods, then so be it.

I gained in March, and I continued to gain in the first half of April. It looks like I may have maxed out and have started to moderate again back to where I should be.
This has been my second biggest spike since I started weight maintenance almost two years ago. My only solace is that I did have ONE that was bigger. It was shortly after I got into maintenance and was learning to adjust. This one? Well.... stress eating is a big part of it. And being at home so much of the time. And being a good cook.....
Hey, wait; here's another good thing: As my weight does start to come back down, I'll be able to post here that YES I weigh less than last month If I accept my wider ten-pound goal range, I haven't quite gone over it, but I certainly went over the top of what I claim to be my goal range ten of the last 14 days by scale weight and seven days by ten-day average. The TrendWeight app says it's only four days, and only by 0.1 pounds, so I will go with that and still say I'm maintaining. Not very well, but.....

THiS Keeps my head in the game.
I am in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
April 4, 2019: Ten-day average 143.0 - I was around my lowest average weight on my entire journey and at my ultimate goal near the bottom of IDEAL goal range
January 4: Ten-day average 145.3 - Near the middle of IDEAL goal range.
February 4: Ten-day average 145.1 - Near the middle of IDEAL goal range.
March 4: Ten-day average 144.1 - Near the middle of IDEAL goal range.
April 4: Ten-day average 146.0 - Just above the middle of IDEAL goal range.
I gained in March. I could beat myself up about it, but then I step back and realize that I'm still in my maintenance range. In fact, I'm close to the middle of it. My actual ultimate goal weight is near the bottom of the range; it does appear I need more space above than below. Given what we're all going through, I should be quite pleased I haven't gained more than I have.

The extra hearts were me falling back into Wt Loss Mode not Maintenance. Your question made me realize that so I switched them all back to single hearts.

There is a good strand in Maintenance Discussion - has COVID-19 in title I think about methods folks are using to maintain while working at home...
Routine seeming to be paramount.
I have stopped stocking foods that âcall to meâ & have uppâd Exercise minutes significantly. (Which is a mood lift)
Also cleaning the house now is physical exercise for me & is adding more steps (and lifts my spirits)
I have kicked sugar out of my diet & appetite is steadily decreasing
Since dinner & nighttime snack seemed to be my issues, Iâm
Planning dinner pattern for the week in advance.
Eating 650-700 cals /3 meals & cutting out any snacking. Just a slippery slope with more food (and often just what I could get not my usual healthy items) in the house.
So far, so good.
What are you doing/planning to do?
I Really want maintenance to be as easy as possible, I donât like the stress of worry lying about it in my life. If it means cutting out some foods, then so be it.

THiS Keeps my head in the game.
I am in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
April 18: 2019: Ten-day average 143.5 - Low-middle of IDEAL goal range and just above ultimate final weight. I was around my lowest average weight on my entire journey. Those were good days.
January 18: Ten-day average 143.5 - Low-middle of IDEAL goal range and just above ultimate final weight.
February 18: Ten-day average 144.3 - Low-middle of IDEAL goal range.
March 18: Ten-day average 146.6 - Getting near top of IDEAL goal range.
April 18: Ten-day average 148.8 - Over the top of my IDEAL goal range; very close to the top of absolute max goal range. Up a whole pound from a week ago.
I gained in March, and I continued to gain in the first half of April. It looks like I may have maxed out and have started to moderate again back to where I should be.
This has been my second biggest spike since I started weight maintenance almost two years ago. My only solace is that I did have ONE that was bigger. It was shortly after I got into maintenance and was learning to adjust. This one? Well.... stress eating is a big part of it. And being at home so much of the time. And being a good cook.....
