Yay! Did it!!!! Brought an apple & kind bar. Walked there & back. Significantly better than sitting & eating/talking.
2/4 π family lunch (turned into dinner) - might be tough - will formulate a plan...how to ask them NOT to bring bread basket... calories & carbs high ... WAS tough...will try again next time I eat out with this person.

@mtaratoot Right!!!?!! Me too! I keep reminding myself that my BMI, bp, resting HR, blood glucose, etc are all Great & I can hike in hills 2-3 hrs easily. And I keep thinking of the posts in here where the poster weighed 5-10 lbs more & looked trimmer. I force myself to say βitβs not all about the number on the scaleβ
AND I will not go over BMI 24.9, which is 166.5lbs for me.
Currently, my BMI is 23.65 @ 157.8-158.2 lbs.
I work to stay in 157βs.
Youβre doing great. Glad weβre able to support & help each other as we figure this out.0 -

July 25, 2019: Ten-day average 145.8 - In the top third of my IDEAL goal range and in the top 40% of my absolute goal range. I had a short little weight gain last summer that I was able to stop pretty quickly.
April 25: Ten-day average 148.5 - Near the top of my IDEAL goal range; in the top 10% of my absolute goal range.
May 25: Ten-day average 148.7 - Almost a pound over the top of my IDEAL goal range; almost in the top 10% of my absolute goal range. I got up to an average of 149.8 I was pretty much at or near this max weight all of May.
June 25: Ten-day average 146.6 - Near the top of IDEAL goal range and top third of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 25: Ten-day average 145.8 - Down over a pound for the week. Still in the top third of IDEAL goal range and getting closer to the middle (top 40%) of absolute goal range. For the second week in a row, my weight is still LESS THAN A MONTH AGO, so yay. What's also yay? I weigh less than two months ago and three months ago for the second week in a row. Woo hoo! And, funny thing -- I am EXACTLY the same average weight as one year ago.0 -

Yay 151 day streak in maintenance range!1 -
I am SUPPOSED TO BE in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
August 1, 2019: Ten-day average 145.1 - Right near the middle of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range.
May 1: Ten-day average 149.3 - More than a pound over the top of my IDEAL goal range; in the top 7% of my absolute goal range. I got up to an average of 149.8 I was pretty much at or near this max weight all of May.
June 1: Ten-day average 149.0 - Over the top of IDEAL goal range and top 10% of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 1: Ten-day average 146.4 - In the top third of IDEAL goal range and getting closer to the middle (top 40%) of absolute goal range.
August 1: Ten-day average 145.2 - Down just over half a pound for the week. Right near the middle of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range. For the THIRD week in a row, my weight is still LESS THAN A MONTH AGO, less that two month ago and less than three months ago, so yay! I am within 0.1 pound of my average weight one year ago.

Last week my ten-day average was EXACTLY the same as a year ago. I think 0.1 pound is the same as zero, so this week, too.

August 8, 2019: I was diving in the California Channel Islands, so no scale. I was feasting, and I was diving, and I was climbing up and down from deck to deck. I weighed when I returned on August 10: Ten-day average 144.4 - Right near the middle of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range.

I am SUPPOSED TO BE in maintenance with a goal weight of 143 pounds and an allowable goal range of 140-150 pounds and an IDEAL goal range of 142 - 148. I fluctuate wildly day-to-day, and try to stay fairly steady month-to-month. I often succeed, and sometimes I am not exactly where I want to be. I will update here once per week and report my ten-day average weight.
August 22, 2019: Ten-day average 146.5 - Trending closer to the top of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range.
May 22: Ten-day average 149.2 - More than a pound over the top of my IDEAL goal range; in the top 8% of my absolute goal range. I got up to an average of 149.8 I was pretty much at or near this max weight all of May.
June 22: Ten-day average 147.1 - Near the top of IDEAL goal range; in the top 30% of absolute goal range. But less than a month before.
July 22: Ten-day average 146.4 - About 20% over the midpoint of IDEAL goal range and near the top third of absolute goal range.
August 22: Ten-day average 145.2 - Down 0.1 pound for the week. Still right near the middle of both my IDEAL and my absolute goal range. For the sixth week in a row, my weight is still LESS THAN A MONTH AGO, less that two month ago and less than three months ago, so yay! I am surprised that I'm also less than a year ago. I am beginning to think my absolute goal weight is a fantasy, and so it's a good thing I'm ok being right in the middle of my goal ranges. Somehow my average weight hasn't moved more than a half pound either way of the midpoint of the ranges all month. Go figure.1 -

Iβm also trying to get lower, but every time I hit 156βs to low 157βs, I get hungrier. Itβs all a delicate balance. I do know that weβre both healthy, and thatβs the WIN!1 -

After a week of being heavier than one year ago, I'm back to being less than then too for the second week. My mass has been ridiculously steady all month with the average varying no more than a 0.6 pound range all of August and just a little more for the few weeks before that. the only bummer is the trend is a little bit up, and I'm trying to push it just a little lower. That last two pounds or so is always so difficult. But I'm not really that disappointed. I think I'm doing fine with maintenance.
