    I’ve joined two challenges already but why not a 3rd?! I’m trying to not snack at all in December, once I start adding them in I spiral out of control, so for this month, it’s planned foods only.

    @caloricus. Thank you so much for your encouragement, and yes, I will definitely try your “brush your teeth” tip! I don’t usually join groups, though do read a lot of them for motivation 😉. I am hoping I will stick with this group as I sure could use help with this LNS! Cheers, Marian
