I am pretty pleased to have had just an apple and a handful for peanuts when getting home after a long trip yesterday, even if it was past 8. So:

I used to skip breakfast when I wasn’t trying to lose, but when restricting calories, I almost always ate first thing in the morning and 4-6 meals/snacks a day. It worked and I lost weight but I was thinking about food a lot. I have a harder time stopping eating than not eating at all.
This week I’ve been eating within an 8 hour window, skipping breakfast and having two large meals per day plus a protein booster with my coffee mid afternoon. The cravings have subsided so much! Granted it’s my first week back on the wagon and I’m gonna see how long it lasts but I think this is my new meal schedule. The feeling of fullness after eating is so nice!3
