    Jan. No lbs loss.
    Feb-2.2 lbs lost
I seem to be stuck in a stay still.
Gonna have to shake things up. Plus shag this cough I've had for the past 3 wks.

Hi Stella7x7. I had The Cough for all of January. It was so bad I think I sprained my ribs from coughing. What finally helped me was flonase. I'm not a doctor and don't play one on tv, just passing along what worked for me. The cough is terrible!

    Thanks.

Good morning everyone. So I had a basic weekend. I went out to eat three times, still managed to stay in my calories as I ate a small portion of what was in front of me. I find that most of the time I cannot finish a restaurant sized meal any more. This is of course a very good thing. I did not work out all weekend and feel like I fell off the wagon of that but today is a new day and this is a new month so here we go. Oh yeah I almost forgot. I went shopping over the weekend and bought myself a new pair of jeans, a new shirt and a new leather jacket. The jeans, which are my current size, are too big. The shirt fits very nicely, bought a size smaller that I was (planned for the future - it is now ;) ) the Jacket which I got about 2 sizes smaller is a bit snug. But I have 2 months before the weather is nice enough for the jacket - it is a light weight leather - so my current NSV goal is to fit in that jacket.

Total February loss: 4 lbs (finished weight 246)

I've been fighting a cold for over a week, and today was the first day that I was not totally exhausted! It felt so good to finally work out a little harder today!

Ahhhh!!! I have to pay more attention to my logging as the day goes on. Yesterday I thought I hit my calories but when I checked this morning to complete my report I was under 600 for the day!! I am not closing out the day because I will get a warning from the site about not meeting my calories. I know it is bad especially for me. Dang it, and I do not have the energy to do extra today. Weight is accumulative I am not sure if calories will work the same. because sometimes short calories makes your body go into fat storage mode thinking you are starving... that is why you can end up gaining weight even if you are very low on calories.
I know these things, I have to maintain a better relationship with logging.

I am pretty excited. I am now at 240 lbs. I haven't been here in about 3 years. Dr says ideal weight is 140 - but I haven't been 140 since high school. I am aiming for 170 then I will reevaluate my quality of life and maybe adjust my goal.
How is everyone doing? Where is everyone?
This is the time when people start to drop off so lets stick with it!! Keep going everyone. If you are struggling let us know. Write it down. Even if you stopped - you can start again.
Every day is a new chance, every minute is a new chance!
  • Today I drove Boyfriend to work so I could use the car, and Girlfriend and I are going to do the grocery shopping, take Boyfriend's interview suit to the cleaner, go to the hobby store, and have brunch out. We both have been craving pancakes, and as I know I'll probably eat about five bites and be done, it makes more sense to just go out and get them as a side with some good protein. So brunch.

I'm really struggling to exercise because of Boyfriend going back to work and the one-car situation. I'm not sure yet that going in the evening works, and I really don't want to get up at five so that I can go work out and be back when he gets up. That makes for a very very long day for me. Today I'm going to walk enough with all that shopping to count as something, so I'm not going to worry about it today, but it's definitely an issue.

Also today my gut is misbehaving. I assume at some point things will move along, but it's very uncomfortable right now. (sigh) I don't know what triggered this bout of IBS. Sometimes I don't know.

Well, this week was an underwhelming loss, but a loss nonetheless. I've been fighting a cold and went out of town for work, which could explain it. Unfortunately, I'm going out of town again, which means more restaurant eating, but I'll do my best!

Is it too late to join the group if you just dropped below 200?

I’m back after a bit of a blip! Struggling to lose weight but my waist is 8cm less than 12 months ago! I have another check in a month so back on the wagon again without trying to stick to something I can’t sustain, just trying to be sensible!

Hi I am a little late to this group but I would love to be a part of it. My name is Jess and I currently weight 245 lbs. I have been overweight for most of my life and have never felt comfortable in my own skin. I would love to just feel confident in the summer when wearing less clothes. I lost 30 lbs a few years ago but shortly gained it all back. I am doing this for the long run this time and I am very excited about being a part of this group to keep me accountable.
