Wednesday goals 4 dats till ORAMM
    Stay green✅
    Fruit and vegetables for snacks✅
    Win race✅🏁😃👍

Thursday goals 3 days to ORAMM
Well got a email yesterday saying that the blue Ridge Parkway pulled the race permit for Sunday so they had to change the race. It’s now 50 miles down from 60 & has 3000 feet less climbing. I’m really disappointed because my goals for over a year have been to have a certain finish time at the race. Now it’s essentially an entirely different race so don’t really know what to aim for.. goal is less than 5 hrs now. Oh well.

    Goals
    Stay green
1 hr recovery pace ride on trainer
Clean bike add tire sealant and set bike up for. Race
    Look at bills
Only fruit and vegetables for snack

    Today's goals are:
    - Up at 9😁
    - Appt @ 1:15 😁So of course the stupid settings on my phone were wrong so I had to force close all the apps except google to make the damn video call go through. But it eventually did. Thank God! I have to call an set up an in office visit for 6 weeks.
    - Write sleep article 😁😁😁 Took two hours but have gotten nothing but amazing feedback on it! Everyone was saying that the subject matter was spot on too! I'll include a link below.
    - 2 hrs on website 🙃🙃
    - Research 2nd article 😁
    - 3 5/5 articles 😁
    - Post😁
    - Research tech companies 😁Did you know that there are more than 200 mental health apps on the Google Play store?
    - Check paystub 😁🙃 Matt's manager never put in his sick time for last week so he's missing two full work days worth of pay...Weeeeee

Yesterday was just kind of normal I guess. Matt worked. @Snowflake1968 Aleve has been Matt's saving grace for when he's at work.
Oh! I got an offer to do a guest blog post about bipolar on a health website! Its unpaid but I can use it as a profile piece and get a testimonial for my business site! I'm super excited! I've also been updating my LinkedIn profile too. So if anyone has one please feel free to add me! My full name is Hannah Smith.
Umm... I'm going to start writing my second profile piece in like 20 minutes about the correlation between what we eat and how we feel.

    Today I will:
    - Up @ 9
    - JFT
    - Reach out to 3 blogs
    - Read 5/5 articles
    - 2 hrs on website
    - Shower
    - Do preliminary research on other topics
    - Update internet bookmarks

@teigansdad - how disappointing the change in race location would be. I hope you still have a successful race.

@HEGoddard0928 - I need to read your blogs, I have a friend with bipolar and she struggles with sleep issues tremendously I will share with her.

Well I weighed myself this morning and the number started with a 2, I'm so disappointed in myself. I need to get back to it.

    JFT - Thursday July 23
    1L of Water
    Log all Food
    No Chips

Wednesday: all food logged; worked on Project until 11 am
Thursday: log all food. Work on Project until 12 (it is nearly 11 am now, I will not get anything done at this rate, but I had to go for groceries today, which is best done early).

When I trained for the State time trials, the race was cancelled. I fell into a deep funk. Don't let the "let down" get you down. Focus on kicking *kitten* on a new course. You can push harder with less elevation and distance to cover, who knows what you can do. Give it all you got and be proud of the effort!

Since the pandemic started, I've had two 10K races converted to virtual events. Those were always my "challenge myself" events. Several 5K races that I enter annually have all been canceled. I can do 5Ks easy, heck, I walk dog farther than that on our daily routes. So I did the virtual 10K races anyway. I also completed one virtual 5K and have registered for another virtual 10K. The event organizers encourage us to post our times / photos online. It gives me something to focus on, and I don't mind having something like that during a worldwide pandemic.

I echo what @pridesabtch said: @teigansdad Don't let the change in course get you down. Focus on the new course & kick *kitten*!

    5) 9:00 unplug / floss / retainers / set 6:30 alarm (walk dog)

Finally went for estimate on the dent & scratch on my car from last week's parking lot incident. Almost $1,800!!! Unbelievable to me, for 2012 Honda Civic no less, which I bought used. I met the woman that hit it, she admits it and I know insurance would pay. But I'm probably going to skip all that, have hubby do his best to repair and just live with it. I really don't care that much, and anyway know I'll get bupkis when I eventually trade it in. Hubby disagrees with me, but says it's my car. At least we got air in tires, and my garage door working again. Seems lately it's always something. Small irritants in the grand scheme of life, so I'll be fine.

    2020 Goals:
    1) Get weight below 160# (last time was 4/20/19)
    2) Plan meals most days & prelog meals/snacks whenever possible on MFP
    3) Post weekly weigh-in on JFT for accountability
    4) Take measurements & log on MFP monthly (I stopped as weight plateaued & went up) = 2.1.20 / 2.29.20 / 4.1.20 (forgot 3.31.20) / 5.1.20 (forgot 4.30.20) / 6.3.20 (forgot at ME again)
    5) Exercise 5-6x per week (minimum 4x) ~ mostly walking but include weights/circuit & other x-training
    6) Participate in race events ~ have planned 7 5Ks and 2 10Ks at minimum = Frenzy on the Fox 5K 49:36 ave. pace 15:29 / Seroogy's Valentine 5K 46:26.7 ave. pace 14:47 / Badger State Brewing 10K virtual race w/ dog on 4/2/20 1:44:16 ave. pace 16:33 / Prevention virtual 5K Fun & Fit Team on 5/2/20 I walked 3.48 mi w/ dog in 1:01:10 ave. pace 17:33 / RonaRunOff 5/16/20 virtual walk 5.08 miles with dog in 1:23:15 ave. pace 16:23 / 100 Miles Challenge fundraiser (per fitness tracker) & completed 5/18/20 / Bellin Run 10K virtual race w/ dog on 6/6/20 1:41:03 ave. pace 16:14 dog definitely slows my "race pace"
    7) Be considerate and loving to hubby and have fun together
    8) Make efforts to keep in touch with parents, siblings and friends (most live in other towns or states)
    9) Declutter home office, bedroom and basement = basement (boxes) Jan. / home office desk (some) & more basement boxes Feb. / basement boxes & home office (some more) Mar. / decluttered/cleaned in bedroom & more basement boxes Apr. / basement boxes May ~ very pleased w/ my progress / reorg in basement June & July
    Word for 2020: Persist

Ahh I haven't posted goals for 2 days. Just completely forgot! Although both days have been pretty uneventful :/
In fact yesterday I had to spend almost 5 hours watching a builder put down 3 pieces of skirting board and a door frame. And the idiot didn't even have a mitre block.. duh. I didnt even want to embarrass the guy by offering to use mine. But if I had I'd have neater corners...

Although I'm glad that my housing association fix these things at no cost to us, theyre all like... half-a-job Harry's that come to do the work lol!!

Will have to start again tomorrow with goals! Although I don't know what goals to set really:/

I'm seriously doubting the validity of my scales, I've apparently lost another 6lb?
I mean its hard because I do look slimmer, it just, seems like a lot to lose?

Because on one floor (wood laminate) the scales seem wobbly and on the kitchen floor (lino) its.not wobbly?
That might be because one of the rubber feet came off but its like.. a 2mm pad, i might rip the others off to make it level.
It also keeps saying "Low" every Time i stand on it for low battery, so I'll redo that to..

So er.. don't congratulate me just yet lmfao!

Tonight I will attend a fundraiser that was postponed from March 14 (my very first pandemic cancellation). Excellent cause of no-kill animal shelter, and I had purchased my ticket in January. Lots of changes to this annual event: drive-thru style vouchers instead of samples, online auction already concluded, online raffle winners will be announced live on Facebook, and for those wishing to stay, outdoor live music with social distancing. One of the best things about this event is always the samples of adult beverages & food. Sadly that can't occur, but def better for my weigh-in tomorrow. Was notified I am an auction winner, so get to pick up my prize, and will hear if I win anything in the raffles that I entered online. Hopefully BFF decides to go ~ we haven't seen each other in months!

      2020 Goals:
      1) Get weight below 160# (last time was 4/20/19)

      5) Exercise 5-6x per week (minimum 4x) ~ mostly walking but include weights/circuit & other x-training
      6) Participate in race events ~ have planned 7 5Ks and 2 10Ks at minimum = Frenzy on the Fox 5K 49:36 ave. pace 15:29 / Seroogy's Valentine 5K 46:26.7 ave. pace 14:47 / Badger State Brewing 10K virtual race w/ dog on 4/2/20 1:44:16 ave. pace 16:33 / Prevention virtual 5K Fun & Fit Team on 5/2/20 I walked 3.48 mi w/ dog in 1:01:10 ave. pace 17:33 / RonaRunOff 5/16/20 virtual walk 5.08 miles with dog in 1:23:15 ave. pace 16:23 / 100 Miles Challenge fundraiser (per fitness tracker) & completed 5/18/20 / Bellin Run 10K virtual race w/ dog on 6/6/20 1:41:03 ave. pace 16:14 dog definitely slows my "race pace"

@Bex953172 - They reset my streak! Thanks so much for that tip. I sort of feel like I cheated the system but I'll take it! I think you need to rip those pads off and make your scale level. We'll see if congratulation are in order after you've done that. ;) Look at her, she is so sweet! You'll get the tempers straightened out in no time, you're a great Mom.

@cschmitz110515 - 1800.00 is an insane amount, I once had an accident in a parking lot, here in Alberta parking lot accidents are split 50/50 for blame. The other car was 10 or 11 years old, it had just moved his bumper a little bit, but since the bumper was all fibreglass and connected to the fenders they actually wrote his vehicle off as it was going to cost more to fix than the car was worth. It upped my insurance rate for 5 years waiting for that stupid thing. I miss the old cars of our youth that you could fix on your own and didn't cost a fortune.

@pridesabtch - here in Alberta they don't do the grad photos like they did in NB with outdoor ones. They were all at a studio set up at the school, they had formal and casuals and that was it. I missed doing that with my girls, but reading your day yesterday, I have to say I'm sort of glad I didn't have to with my youngest.

I had a good evening last night with Jonah, tonight I switch the Grands out, Jonah will go home and Michaela will come for two nights. She will be much harder than he was, she still demands attention and needs to be kept occupied. He is pretty good at entertaining himself.

In August I am keeping both of them for three nights so their parents can go camping alone. Last night Kaitlyn and I decided that we would spend one of those nights at her house. If the weather is nice we can take the kids to the lake, have a fire in the backyard and she'll help me take care of them. I love them but I find them exhausting after a couple of days.

Well I should do some work!

@Snowflake1968 I'm glad they reset it!
You haven't cheated at all! I'm sure the days you missed you were still doing your goals.
Imagine you ran out of Internet or was on holiday
I'd still be calorie counting (well maybe not on holiday haha) but just because youre not on here doesn't mean you haven't been doing it!

@Snowflake1968 Car park accidents are 50/50?!?!? How does that make any sense?!
So i couldve parked my vehicle properly within the marked lines and then left it there so I'm not even IN the car, and yet its half my fault, for what?! My car being in the way whilst someone crashed Lmao

I'd be so annoyed at that law lol. I wouldn't even pay, I honestly wouldn't. Take the money out my dead lifeless hand lmao

I'll admit it, im having a really bad eating day today. :(
All ive had is a piece of toast and an egg. Its 6pm.

And now I feel too hungry to even have the energy to make food. So I just gotta wait for Ash to come home with dinner for us and the kids. He did bring me food before but it was disgusting, or atleast I thought it was. So its one of THEM days. Where food doesn't even taste right.

I really hate days like this, I've been trying to brush it off and pretend I'm OK but I'm not really.

I want to start an exercise challenge but how can I do that when i can't even eat enough?

      Hopefully feel better tomorrow :(
Sorry for the miserable post lol..
