Original start weight: 178 lbs (Oct. 10, 2019)
Goal this round: 159.0 lbs
Ultimate goal 135 lbs.
End of round 106 3/07= 160.4 lbs
03/08. 160.2 lbs. 1500 calories. 11,000 steps. Still no mri results would like to know about my back before I go off pills and can start working out.
03/09 160.6 lbs 1375 calories 3500 steps. Back and stomach are still a mess, finished grandson's quilt and started pillowcases instead of walking due to issues. So tired of not feeling well, I am sure you are tired of hearing about it. Ugh!
03/10 160.8 lbs 1075 calories, 15,600 steps MRI showed Moderate neural foraminal narrowing ( narrowing where the nerve comes out through the spine down your legs), some circumferential disc bulging and moderate degenerative endplate change ( DDD or osteoarthritis) in L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1, Doctor said to stay on pills even though they mess up my stomach and come back for PT. I am going to have to take a short break from pills and get my stomach better, it's not sustainable this way currently and now that I know exactly whats wrong I can do PT exercises for that without going to PT twice a week, it's 90 miles of driving each time.
03/11 161.0 lbs 1413 calories, 18,500 steps Back exercises. Went out with friends for supper and this is beer bloat. Off pills, stomach better and back holding its own. IF 14 hours
03/12 162.0 Lbs 1016 calories, 14,600 steps, Back exercises. IF 16 hours
03/13 161.0 lbs 1300 calories, 17,600 steps, Back exercise. IF 16 hours
03/14 160.4 lbs 1500 calories, 15,000 steps, Back exercises IF 16 hours Surprised it is not up, went shopping with a friend and we had a few drinks at her house before I came home.
03/15 160. 4 lbs 1500 calories, 8000 steps. Relaxed took the day off and quilted. I don't get the panic buying but I live on a farm so I have months of my own meat, and canned or frozen vegetables, milk cows, chicken, etc. I buy a lot of my other products in bulk. When I go to town to buy stuff, it's usually junk, like oreos for my son. I have gotten the bad parent look from others many times. LOL I can't perfect American cheese will so I do buy that but I can other cheeses.
03/16 160.4 1500 calories, 5000 steps. Hmmm I thought this was the last day of the round. I really need a reset after this back thing. LOL. At least it's finally feeling better.
3/17 160.2 1200 calories, 19,000 steps. IF 16 hrs. HAPPY ST.PATRICK"S DAY!
Wow, very surprised I ended with a .2 lb loss, all that up and down this round. Looking forward to the next round. Back is better so hoping to stay off pills and be able to get off this plateau.8 -
Had a successful last round and I’m hoping to keep it up! Good luck everyone!

Day/Weight/Comment
03/08: 180.4 (Yesterday was such a busy day! I made some banana bread in the morning when I woke up, my hubby and I went grocery shopping, I bought a brand new beautiful couch with electrical recliners and a dining table with chairs, we went to Best Buy to buy the Nintendo Switch, we took my father in law out to dinner since he officially moved to Florida this morning. Very very busy. Today marks the first time my hubby and I will be alone without family. Everyone moved to Florida in the past 6 months and my hubby and I have decided that LA is our home. It’ll be a weird change but a good one.)
03/09: 181.8 (I did a long 70 minute workout yesterday and ate at a deficit. We’ll see how the rest of this week goes!)
03/10: 179.2 (Trust the process! I literally pushed so hard in my Zumba class last night and it paid off! Made a dinner that fit into plan and had a good night of sleep.)
03/11: 178.2 (Happy to see it continuing to go down! I did some weight lifting and spinning yesterday. I’m already below my Friday weigh in weight.)
03/12: 178.0 (I did a very tough hill spinning workout last night that definitely started a waterfall of sweat. It was the toughest thing I’ve done in awhile! I ate to plan and had a relaxing night after the gym since the hubby made dinner.)
03/13: 177.4 (I haven’t seen the 177’s since September 2019! I only have 1.4 pounds to go to make my lowest weight. I’m guessing a combination of not taking steroids anymore and maybe a change in my workout is causing the drops? Who knows. Perseverance pays off!)
03/14: 178.2 (Gained a little from that vegetarian Chipotle burrito I had last night! I’ve been stressing out about buying groceries since the stores have bare shelves in my town. We’ll see how it goes!)
03/15: 179.4 (I took another day off from working out and had my couch and dining table delivered. It’s so nice to get brand new furniture! I also went to the grocery store at 6am and finally got groceries for the next two weeks. I’m grateful I got some essentials.)
03/16: 180.4 (I ate to plan and did a YouTube workout from home. My anxiety has been through the roof and I’m hoping for it to calm soon!)
03/17: 179.6 (I’m retaining some of my weight due to ovulation this past weekend. I was hoping for a loss this round, but I did so great for my weekly Friday weigh in and that makes me happy! I ate to plan and did a YouTube dance workout.)

583 calories left over on the tracker
Monday, 3/09: 156.7 - ouch
603 calories left over
Tuesday, 3/10: 157.2 - I am not sure why I am gaining weight, my calories are low and my workouts are high. I expect a drop soon.
590 calories left over - interesting to keep track of this, I should have lost 2 pounds last round instead of gaining by these "green" numbers.
Wednesday, 3/11: 155.3 - Almost back to Round 106 EW, it would be nice to get back to Round 105 EW and beyond : - ) Measuring 10 days at a time is such a good way to do it!
561 calories left over
Thursday, 3/12: 154.2 - Much better!
583 calories left over (green)
Friday, 3/13: 152.1 - All of those 10 day stretches with 5,000+ calories left over seems to be kicking in? New low. It will probably even out, but glad to have hit this number.

904 calories left over, lots of workouts

311 calories left over.
Monday, 3/16: DNW
285 calories left over
Tuesday, 3/17: 156.7 - Not a great way to end a round that showed me a new low.
4651 calories left over, so should have lost at least a pound.9 -

Day/Weight/Comment
03/08 194.6 slow change, I’ll take it.
03/09 194.8
03/10 195.4 blech. No good reason for this, I was green for calories and had a good run. I have felt like I’m fighting a cold, though, so maybe I’m retaining water.
03/11 194.4 Ok, that’s more like it. Still very slow going but in the right direction.
03/12 194.4 Based on eating and exercise I think I “deserve” better than this...but at least it didn’t go up!
03/13 193.2 Patience wins the day, there’s the drop. May this continue! Have been eating well under calorie limit and pounding water. Also 2 walks yesterday.
03/14 194.4 This number again. 😠 But I ate a lot, late, and somewhat salty. Wasn’t “green” for calories but was well under maintenance at least. Hopefully pound water today and see a better number tomorrow.
03/15 193.8 hmm. Need more water and protein today.
03/16 194.4 This number again! I had really hoped for an additional drop. Again, no good reason...I ate within bounds, went out for a long walk.
03/17 193.2 Ok I hoped for more from this round, but I’ll live with this. Just hoping tomorrow I don’t pop back up to 194.4 again! 🤣

Day/Weight/Comment
3/8: 141.8 (-.4) – Did a longish yoga class yesterday and a nice walk. The next 8 weeks may be rough as I navigate the hip issue and try to maintain/ lose lbs. I think sticking to water, mindful eating, good choices is the answer. How many calories will I burn washing hands and not touching my face? 🤣
3/9: 141.0 (-.8) – Guess I answered the question above! Washing hands burns lots of calories. And I also ate well under my calories yesterday…too much most likely. I ate too late and then wasn’t starving at dinner. Gotta focus on slow steady weight loss and good habits.😏
3/10: 141.8 (+.8) – There you have it….back to where I started. Exercise box was checked nicely yesterday but the eating box did not go as planned – I let the stress from the news get to me and was hungry waiting for hubs to get home so delved into the dang Black Pepper Triscuits….then added a caloric bowl meal to dinner….should have done a better job adding ingredients. Then had some wine…..It all comes back to choices…..🤔
3/11: 141.6 (-.2) - Well….Dang it. Had my MRI follow up. Femoral head stress fracture, most likely due to bone insufficiency….aka osteopenia/porosis. I have osteopenia. But have been religious with vitamin D/ weight bearing exercise – running, and now strength training, etc. Guess it has not been enough and running more caused it. So I have been told to stop running and even distance walking for 8 weeks. I can slowly cycle, swim, yada yada yada….Gotta come up with a plan. It’s not an uncommon injury for runners. 😒
3/12:141.2 (-.4) A little surprised. As part of my social distancing, wine has reared its ugly head. I will need to really focus on food choices if I am going to survive 8 weeks without major cardio options and I also really need to rethink what I am eating for bone health.
3/13: 140.8 (-.4) Happy with this….really feeling the need to stress eat and drink. Son is in NYC and there are rumors of a full quarantine and he needs to stay and work. I am not that worried about him getting the virus….just the isolating feeling. What a mess this all is. Stay safe people and wash your hands. 😍
3/14: 140.0 (-.8) Busy day and did my 40 minute cycle at the gym. They haven’t closed it yet so I will keep going but just wiping down the bike before and after and washing my hands. Ate light until dinner because I knew we were having friends over and take out. Made a vegan, flourless chocolate banana loaf that was really yummy. Going to log the recipe to see how the calories were. 😬
3/15: 140.0 (0) This is usually my longer run day. A new reality – rented a citi bike at the trail and rode 8 miles while husband did his run. It was ok. I needed more heart rate increase and maybe a few more miles. It’s a process. I have also increased my calories to slow down my loss as I approach goal weight. Need to see how body adjusts….and then if I get there figure out maintenance.
3/16: 141.0 (+1.0) Most likely not getting enough cardio. And stress. Will try to stick to my eating schedule and maybe go to the gym if its not full of people.😆
3/17: 138.8 (-1.2) This makes no sense and is unexpected. Maybe I am stressed out – does that burn calories? I did go to the gym which was completely empty and ride the bike for 60 min. And came home and did some PT work and core. But I did drink some wine. Who knows. I’ll take it and move on the Round 108 with some new challenges. Happy St. Patrick,s day to all – stay home and look for 4 leaf clovers🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

03/08 - 165.1 No clue how I got this number. I ate terribly and drank too much wine yesterday. Maybe wine makes me lose weight. Lmao
03/09 - 164.2 Great day yesterday. Love the direction my scale is going. Hopefully I can keep this up this round!
03/10 - 163.4 I think my body is fighting something. I always lose weight when I'm sick. I hope I can keep it off.
03/11 - 162.9 Tested negative for strep yesterday however I was presenting all the symptoms therefore I got treated for it. Been on antibiotics for 18 hours now and feel a lot better. Still going to take it easy.
03/12 - 163.6 Almost back to normal. Going to try to hit the gym today.
03/13 - 163.6 Well didn't go to the gym. Trying to avoid germy places as much as possible. Fingers crossed I get a workout in at home tonight.
03/14 -163.6 I feel like I'm using this Pandemic as an excuse. I know I can easily workout at home. Ugh, I'm just being lazy.
03/15 - 162.5 My no working out streak continues ... still watching what I'm putting into my body though.
03/16 - 163.6 Late night snacked last night for the first time in forever. I feel gross now lol.
03/17 - 163.8 Still a loss for the round. No complaints.

Not bad, ate late after a day of liquids.
■3/10 - DNW - IF/18hrs. 75g carbs. Ate at 9:30pm last night, so today will not be a long fast and two meals. 2nd meal by 5-5:30 to halt this late eating pattern.

▪3/12 - 189 - IF/18hrs. 46g carbs.
▪ 3/13 thru 3/15 - DNW
■3/16 - 188
■3/17 - 185.4 - Not exactly following Keto, so I'm going to change my macros to allow for the carbs I've been eating daily. OMAD will be in full effect at my house. Right now, I'm still making lunch for DH, although this may be the last day for that. The food will last longer without lunches. Definitely when all businesses are shut down (I expect that will happen very soon.) and we're all in the house together, no random eating. Bread, pasta, quinoa, rice, beans, oats, grits are back on the table for me and family. I don't want to eat much of those foods, but 1/4 cup will make my 1 meal satisfying. Those of you that are friends that can view my diary will still be able to see it but there will not be a link on my home page. The last two days, I have eaten way under calories and could not complete it at days end. I have been working at getting my fasting hours stabilized again to eat at about 7pm. I need to make another grocery run today, SMH, to find some yeast. I'll make creamy mushroom soup today for dinner with some baked chicken and kale. We ate bean enchiladas the past 2 days. The first day with rice, yesterday we ate the rest of it with avocado seasoned with lemon pepper sauteed in a little bit of ghee, DH ate rice, I ate cauliflower.

MARYLAND Covid19 News
Anyone defying the current shutdown orders will be arrested.
The coronavirus spread has Maryland couples rethinking marriage plans and grieving families scrambling to adjust funeral procedures.
Primary elections may be postponed.
*There was talk about mail in or online voting. My son and I think there will be NO elections this year. Trump will just continue in office.
What is your State's/Country's current Covid19 news? I'm interested.

03/08 259.4 That was a lovely number to see this morning, I’m hopeful this is the start of a trend this round. It’s also nearly all of the gain from last round. I knew most of it had to be water.
03/09 257.8 That’s all of the gain from the last two rounds now gone and I’m back to the weight from the end of round 104. I’m still up a few pounds from my last previous low, and I don’t know if I’ll see new lows this round, but it’s possible that I might in a round or two at worst. I’m just so happy to be back on track food wise.
03/10 256.6 I wasn’t expecting the big drops to continue, but I’ll happily take it. I’m not that far from my previous low now and if I get another drop I might even reach it this round.
03/11 257.0 There’s my body going wait I wanted some of that water. It’s okay I’m still very happy with where I am.
03/12 256.2 Tom decided to arrive a week early. On the plus side I was so stir-crazy yesterday that I decided to join my husband on a walk. I had to use my cane, and I didn’t walk quickly, but my knee tolerated it for the most part. I don’t think I’m up for more than one of those in a day yet, but it’s a start and a sign that the knee is healing up nicely. I just need to be careful not to push it too fast.
03/13 255.8 I walked a little more yesterday, okay a lot more yesterday. I might have slightly over pushed, but I am so happy to be moving again because it really got me down to be sedentary over the last couple of weeks. It’s really weird thinking back because I used to hate even walking so much and now I hate just sitting around.
03/14 256.6 Not surprised I had a high calorie, high carb, high activity day. It’s going to be an up and down weekend because I have my mil’s birthday tomorrow.
03/15 255.2 That’s the bounce up plus a little more. I knew that it was just water from the carbs and activity. I’m certain tomorrow will be another bounce up as I’m planning a near maintenance day today so that I can enjoy a little cake and pizza for my mil’s birthday.
03/16 256.2 Pizza and treats, so I should be back down in a day maybe two. It’s okay though there are no more birthdays until August, and we don’t go overboard for the summer holidays so I should be in a good on track stretch.
03/17 256.4 I got into the last of the treats, but I didn’t overdo it so I’m not worried. I am still on track for my overall loss this year so I’m really happy about that all things considered. I tried to use my exercise bike yesterday, but my knee started screaming at me, so that’s still off the table for awhile longer.

Day, Weight, Comment
03/16 - 146.2
03/17 - 146.8 - Wrong way! Wondering if that's from rehydration. Also did have a small bowl of ice cream with the neighbor last night -- that always bloats me. Oh well, this is closer to where I expected to be after spring break anyway. Working from home today and tomorrow. If things aren't shut down, they're taking me to a farewell lunch Thursday and I turn everything in after. I'm pretty much packed minus essentials now so I'm losing my mind a little being stuck at home. Especially hard with the kitchen so close. My saving grace is that I don't have much in the house to eat so I'm limited on my binging. Going to probably start early in taking boxes downstairs to the garage instead of trying to do it all on Friday, just to keep busy and get some activity in. It'll be a nice break from work, as well, since they haven't fully implemented skype/teams online meetings yet so I'm missing out on most of them and won't have anything to do during them. Plus, I've got to load the uhaul Saturday and I don't want to be carrying all these boxes two days in a row!
Previous Day's Comments03/16 - I'm back! For a few days at least... I'm very very shocked at this minimal gain for 9 days in Texas. I have until Friday and then its moving day and I'll be out again for at least a couple more days. Wanted to hop on and see if I can get back to 145.x prior to the end. Definitely have some water weight to lose since yesterday was a travel day and water hasn't been great so I don't think a 0.3lb loss is really too awful for 1 day. Giving notice today which will be hectic since the whole Coronavirus thing -- many people are working remotely, especially those with kids out of school (spring break was extended here). We shall see how today goes. I missed you all!

03/08 – 124.6
03/09 – 126.0 – Still bouncing around, a little higher than I would like to be but I am where I am because of my choices. It has been so hard to find the motivation and discipline lately, and from the comments it seems like several of us are there.
03/10 – 127.2 – Not sure if my scale is off or if I am really bouncing around this much lately. I know some of it is ovulation bloat, sodium, bad choices, but there has been a lot of bounce up and down. Got my lunch with me today, so working on avoiding the temptations and getting back on track.
03/11 – 126.6 – Back on track yesterday and have the same planned for today.

So, my Son says~
Carroll County (county he lives in) just sent an email out that shows you school's not coming back. They worked out a partnership with Comcast to get people $10 a month internet service no installation fee and an option to buy a refurbished desktop or laptop for $150.
*To be sure, coming to all States soon. Then total lockdown. SMH
@CamandJarvis, Jackie has been updating her diary every day. She's probably okay. It's a lot going on in the world right now. I'm sure she'll post RD 108 by this evening.
●MARYLAND Primary postponed until June just now. We have a Special Election that will be mail in. Preakness postponed until September. Public transportation limited. So much! Will post later after watching again. Gov. Hogan is Live on YouTube right now.

03/08 - 361.0 - A surprising little bounce back. Also, I realized my heartrate was too high while I was exercising (cardio vs. fat burn). Now I'm using my TickrFit to live monitor my heartrate.
03/09 - 363.0 - The time change really screwed me up over the weekend. Well... the weekend is over and it's time to get back to it.
03/10 - 362.2 - There we go, but in the right direction again. Sill using the eliptical, but keeping the heartrate between 100 to 112 (70% of my max). Gonna try some kettlebell later.
03/11 - 362.0 - Still going down. I'd like to see sub-360 before the end of this round. This might be my first plateau. I've just gotta persevere.
03/12 - 361.0 - And the beat goes on. Went to the gym (Planet Fitness) this morning and the place was very empty. Coronavirus anyone? I take a wipe in with me to use before I use the eliptical, then use their wipes at the end. When you've got a senior parent (82 y.o. mom) with respiratory problems, you take precautions.
03/13 - 360.4 - I tried the scale @ Planet Fitness this morning just before coming home and using my own. It showed me 2.6 lbs. heavier. The trend down continues. And an interview on Monday, so hopefully...
03/14 - 360.8 - Won't be using that scale @ Planet Fitness in the near future... it's now CLOSED. I packed my gym bag this morning and checked my email just before I left. Email from PF that, per the Governor of PA, all essential businesses are closed for 2+ weeks. I guess I'll be walking outside now. I hope my knees hold up. Of course, I could always blame this on my decision to order a pizza and cheesy bread yesterday. Figures...
03/15 - 359.7 - Another small victory. Under 360. Went to the local school to walk their track like I had been doing from November thru January when my knees began hurting too much. Track is locked. So I walked around the school itself. Only about 2.5 miles for the journey, but I worked up a decent sweat in that 45-50 minutes.
03/16 - 359.3 - Interview went well. Money might not be great, but my long term plan is a state or federal government position. Other than excitement/nervousness limiting sleep, I feel pretty good. Another good 2.5 mile walk this morning. As of noon, I've already hit 10K steps for the day. Also, today was the conclusion of my 6 month DietBet (lose 10% in 6 months). I made it with an extra 1.2 lbs. Winner, winner, chicken dinner (oddly, I am having chicken for dinner).
03/17 - 359.2 - Not much of a change, but it IS another milestone reached. This marks the 20% mark of the total weight I want to lose. Shin splints from walking, so I'll be exercising indoors.
👍🏼👍🏼 This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE. 👍🏼👍🏼

I spent a fair amount of time last night arguing via text with our daughters-mine about 10 miles away and 1200 miles away and my neighbor’s who lives in Anchorage. A 5 way chat about groceries! Neighbor has multiple health issues and did an order for pick up at Walmart to be ready today. My husband wants to do his own grocery shopping- I tried to do online but there was no pick up date available! I think my daughter or one of the grands is going shopping for us but I am totally stressed out by my husband’s attitude. I think he looks at it as losing his independence (he’s 71) but it’s only a temporary measure!
I’m sending prayers for all of my MFP friends and acquaintances! I love you all and want you to be safe!5 -

03/10 121.0 Amy couldn’t make it to the gym so I went by myself yesterday. Today is the last day of antibiotics for the infected bug bite. I’m so glad! I don’t like eating early and late!
03/11 120.0 Back to OMAD!
03/12 121.0 Possibly 2 softball games today as Granddaughter’s tournament starts at 11. Game 2 at 4:30.
03/13 120.5 Our girls won the morning game and my daughter texted me that the afternoon game and tournament were cancelled. All extracurricular, sports, etc, activities in the school district have been due to COVID-19 and then the governor declared a state of emergency in Nevada yesterday afternoon.
03/14 120.0 Had a nightmare, needed to pee, couldn’t go back to sleep, awake since 4am. Gave up and got up at 4:55. Now as I am about to post, slightly before 6am, my stomach is growling! I have never been a breakfast person! WTH???
03/15 118.5. Holy Moly! I didn’t eat early yesterday, I broke my fast after noon with a cheeseburger on 2 cheddar chaffles. I can’t believe another round is almost over!
03/16 121.0 Greek salad and 1/2 pita yesterday. Oh the carbs -almost twice my daily allowance at 37 g total
03/17 122.0 Continuing carb repercussions. Yesterday was good8 -

I love you all and want you to be safe!
It is a stressful time....sorry that your going through all of this. I went to our local store yesterday at 7:30 for an 8 am opening time. I was like 20 people back in line. The line got progressively longer from there. I went early just to try to avoid huge crowds of people. I felt bad for some of the elderly folks in their 80s....they looked stressed. An idea is being floated to let older folks shop for the first hour so that they are less exposed. I hope that takes hold.
Thankfully I only needed a few items so I was in and out pretty fast.
Good luck!!!4 -

Day/Weight/Comment
3/8 — nw
Here we are, a brand new round. Enjoy your Sunday, all!
3/9 — nw
It’s warmed way up around here so I took a nice longish walk yesterday and plan another this afternoon. I also need to pull some weds from my garden this afternoon — better to get them now! Wishing you all a lovely week!
3/10 - nw
Boy, I hate it when I write a nice post and then hit “done” instead of “post.” Enjoy your day!
3/11 - nw
I indulged a bit yesterday. I’d been craving chocolate cake for more than a week, so I baked a single-layer double chocolate cake and glazed it with dark chocolate. It’s so rich, a tiny bit did the trick! I took half to my neighbor and there’s a piece left for DH. And I’m satisfied!
3/12 - 179
Okay, that’s good.
3/13 - nw
I was a bit mopey yesterday about all the cancellations, including a class I was scheduled to teach next week on “Planting for Pollinators” and a couple of writing classes I have planned for late spring/summer, but this morning I’m feeling perkier and have decided it’s a good time to launch the online classes I’ve thought of teaching for a couple of years. So I’ve started that process and feel much more focused and less snacky. Stay healthy, everyone!
3/14
Hard to believe, but 28 years ago today I married my best friend. It’s been a ride, and he’s loved me through thick and thin and weird eating in between!
3/15 - nw
Quiet day at home today. Enjoy your Sunday, everyone!
3/16 - nw
Not sure I want to weigh in tomorrow.
3/17 - 180
Okie dokie — at least I didn’t gain while not tracking. Considering I indulged on and for a couple days after our anniversary/pi day, I’m happy. Onward!

It's crazy times we live in and people are being so selfish with all this hoarding and bulk buying. I just despair of humanity sometimes !!!3 -

Sorry sorry, thanks for offering!
I was going to create one yesterday but it totally slipped my mind. My husband and I decided to take a drive to the beach to get away. I’m sure most of you know Washington State is almost closing down, So a lot of adjustments plus my daughter is getting deployed the second week of April for 6 months.
Tonight, I’m heading to my daughters till Friday to watch my grandkids.
@quiltingjaine, honey I sooooo soooo about your husband, sending good vibes your way.
Be safe everyone!10 -

CGW: 185.7
UGW: 150
03/08 - 187.6! Didn't lose as much as I wanted to last challenge, hoping this is a better round. Did a good job of sticking to my diet, did some exercise and chores but not as much as I would have wanted because I had a bad migraine for most of the day. Hoping for better days ahead
03/09 - 187.2! The scale said 186 for a second and my heart stopped! So close to the 30 lb mark. Still psyched when it settled on 187.2, hoping to make the best of this to maintain my momentum. Trying to get lots of work done today while making time to exercise and sticking to my diet today. Didn't sleep very well last night so also hoping to get in bed earlier today.
03/10 - 186.6! I'm walking on sunshine today Hoping to maintain this progress through the rest of the challenge and beyond. Going to work hard to stick to my food goals and not let myself backslide like I have done for the past few weeks whenever I've started seeing progress. Onwards!
03/11 - 185.8!! Wow! Feeling pure glee I normally wouldn't post this early in the day but I couldn't wait because I'm so excited to say that I've now lost 30 lbs!!!! Going to stick to my diet, get lots of work done today and hopefully make time to get to the gym. Going to try and ride this wave of joy into a good and productive day!
03/12 - 184.8. Kind of shocked, was not expecting to drop weight so quickly. I started to not trust the scale, since I've been plateauing for months, so I checked in the guest bathroom scale and it said 184.2 sooo I guess it's not a total fluke. Hopefully this is healthy and sustainable weight loss, I imagine I won't lose more for this challenge cycle which is fine by me. Even though I want to lose weight quickly and hit my goals, I also want to do so in a way that is healthy and maintainable. I want to be consistently losing 2 lbs a challenge. But I guess as long as I'm hitting my calorie needs, I'll just see what happens
03/13 - 188... huh?
03/14 - 187, confused with all this flux but maybe it's water retention from stress, idk
03/15 - 185
03/16 - 186.4
03/17 - 185.2! Very happy with this ending, even though it's probably a fluke considering all the weird fluxes I've had the past few days. Was tracking food and weight, but wasn't good at updating on here after the halfway mark. I will try to rectify that for the new challenge! I hope to hit 183 which will be my halfway point fingers crossed! Onwards and downwards5
