I took a break once or twice a week - don't force yourself if your body is sending you clear signs!2 -

I'm also taking one day off a week. It gives your muscles a chance to recover. I don't count the rest day as one of the 30 days, so it will take a little more than 30 days in total to complete the programme.
Keep up the good work!2 -
I completed level 2 day 5 today, so I'm at the halfway mark. I'm still not able to do everything in level 2 (even the modified versions) without taking the odd five-second break (all those plank-based moves are a killer). Yesterday I only took one break, on the oblique-twist-plank at the end, which felt like a big improvement from day 1, but I didn't do as well today. But I will keep trying!
Well done to everyone else who is keeping it up. Doing what you can is way better than doing nothing!1 -
Day 14 and Im spent! Tomorrow will be a rest day!3
-
Chest day today. 160 reps bench press on a swiss stability ball, 50 inclined push-ups and 50 Romanian straight-leg deadlifts.
Measurement day tomorrow...1 -

Down 12 lbs total from January 1 2020
SW 182
CW 170
GW 168
SBF 16%
CBF 9%
GBF < 10 %
Shoulders 48 no change
Chest 42 + 1 "
Waist 31 - 1"
Biceps 14.5" +. 5
Thighs 22.75" -. 75
So overall shredding is coming along. Not too much mass lost. Looking to add an inch to quads and an inch to shoulders. Want to lose an inch on waise. Not sure that's achieveable.

Day 15 done! 15 more to go!2

Day 7 level 2 done2

Level 2 day 8 completed this morning, and I finally got through it all without any breaks, yay!
I can really feel it in my abs for a few hours afterwards, which is a strange sensation because those muscles are buried under many layers of fat!1 -

Did the day off help? I had a rubbish day on Saturday, struggled with everything, so I took yesterday off and felt ready to give it my all again today.2 -
