    It’s quiet here today. I got my butt up early and got my walk in this morning before it got hot. Stayed in budget and hit my goal for water. Dinner was a little pasta with meat sauce. I used a jarred sauce and now I feel like I consumed an entire shaker of salt. I think I’m becoming sensitive to to much which will hopefully steer me to more whole food choices.

    Mini goal weight 185 by the end of the summer
    Ultimate goal weight 150

    I went on a 45 minute bike ride last weekend, and am hoping to keep that trend up at least once a week with my Barre classes! Planning on bike riding with a friend Saturday.

    Need to join this group hit the scales at 200lbs phone call from dr to say I’m pre diabetic so 50lbs have got to go, looking at 10lbs at a time so

    Start 200lbs
    Mini goal 190lbs

    Hi! I would love to join you guys, I hope it's not too late! Just resuming my weight loss journey now. I'm at 158 lbs now, and my goal weight is 135 lbs. So I have 23 lbs to go, and I definitely need friends to hold me accountable 😬😅

    @signing_megs - Nice loss this week. Great plan to keep the momentum going.

    Day 4 of 5 for me getting up early to walk and closing my exercise ring. I’m really hoping for a solid loss on Friday. I’m starting to feel less sluggish and good about the exercise. But every day closer to summer is getting hotter and I’m not sure what I am going to do when it’s over 100* at 6am. Need to make a plan. Maybe I’ll be ready to do some exercise videos by then.

    Looks like another lovely day in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 so I’m away out with the dog before it gets too hot for her. Weigh day for me tomorrow I’m a bit excited and nervous, I’ve never been this focused for a long time but the weekend was really bad I’m just hoping that I’ve managed to undo some of the bad weekend, so I at least get a loss to show for my efforts 🤞🏼

    Total loss 1lb ( it’s a start)

    Managed to go over my 10,000 steps first time in ages, stay safe everyone

    A loss is a loss. Some weeks are bigger than others and some we gain. I saw the below graphic on another post the other day an it really resonated with me.
