I think I have saved more YT workouts than I have actually done! LOL But I like Burpee Girl, Grow with Jo, Coach Paul Eugene, and Jenny McClendon the most. LISS workouts that are 40 minutes or longer are what my body responds to the most.1

I love Burpee Girl! I wasn't sure about her at first because she doesn't talk and I like encouragement while following along. Her workouts always leave me sweaty!!!1 -

Just a quick thank you. I'm older but have really been able to take advantage of some of the youtubes you all post. This morning I decided to do the (what I thought would be) easy rest day Barre workout posted above as a test drive for Barre. not exactly a rest day but now I'll add barre to my rotation. It was still hot and humid on Saturday so I didn't want to play tennis outdoors. Instead I did this BG workout indoors. It was fun!

I did this one last night after work in my backyard. We didn't play tennis last night. Things are getting dicey up at the courts. Pickeball people hate us. It's uncomfortable but we're going to play tonight.

I do stationary bike and swim laps every day but just added senior fitness YouTube videos in the last couple of days. So far have focused on Pilates but there’s all kinds for toning and stretching and strength. I will rely on bike and pool for the cardio, YouTube for strength and balance and toning.0

I haven't posted in here in almost a month! Wow! Getting this thread back at the top. I was on vacation and I did yoga every morning then played tennis then swam in the pool and then walked along the ocean shore line. That is definitely a life I could get used to.
I did have a bout with diverticulitis after my vacation so I didn't exercise at all.
I'm back at it now though. I did a step youtube workout last weekend but I forget which one I did. I did do these 2 step workouts over the weekend. They were both awesome and so much fun.
