You have inspired me to get on track. Today the scales moved down. I'm gonna get moving and do housework and some sort of exercise.

Keep up the great work. I started at 408 doing Keto in Oct 2018 and in February 2020 I was 222. COVID thru me off track and I gained to 280, but now back down to 265 and still dropping. You can do it.

Awesome comeback there. Keep it up.

Today was a good day and I have ended it in a caloric deficit. Today was cardio so I went for a run and I managed to new best one mile! 18 minutes 19 seconds! I started out at 23 minutes for a mile. It was raining, thundering, and cloud to ground lightning buy I still did it lol....probably best not to do what I did tho hahaha.

    Where are you?
    Still doing well?
  • METALforCHRISTMETALforCHRIST Member, Premium Posts: 65 Member Member, Premium Posts: 65 Member
Yes I am still doing well! Keep ending every day under calories and I haven't stopped exercising. My focus has switched running over all my strength training and since I have a 5k goal I'm trying to figure out what kind of strength training will actually help me with my goal.

Going to complete week one of C25K today..in fact I plan to go out in a couple minutes to do it lol.

Week 2 of C25K starts today! I'm beyond excited for it. Today is also weigh in day and I'll let you all know how that goes after my run.

Went for a hike today. I wish my garmin had a hiking option but I ended up just having to go with the walking setting. Somehow this ate up more calories that 2 miles of jogging and walking! Lol, maybe it took the elevation changes into account.

Just wanted to say your posts are very inspirational and encouraging (I'm looking down the barrel of about 125 lbs to lose). Keep up the good work. I look forward to see what all you can accomplish.
