@polskagirl01 Tippy thanks you. Hahaha about the slugs reproducing. I haven't seen that one and not sure I really want to. They're so gross. Glad the weather was nice and that people were able to get out and enjoy it. Great run! Love the picture.

The slugs. Basically they huddle up together and make a slimy mess. Try not to step on them. Or think about them while eating.

I'm gonna ride my bike today.

@skippygirlsmom That cavern race sounds so awesome, and it isn’t TERRIBLY far from me, especially if I stay at my parents’ house the night before. That is the weekend I am running my virtual Beat the Blerch half though. I am definitely putting that down as a possibility for next year.

No run last night, but I went to my Pump class. It isn’t supposed to rain today (finally), so hoping i can get in a decent run after work.

4.25 miles this morning. Nothing good to say, so I won't say anything. Mama taught me well.

Got up a little early and went out for my run at 7:50 am. Today's schedule called for a 30 min Foundation Run - easy pace. It was 68°F and 94% humidity, according to Garmin. But, it was pretty foggy, so I'm saying closer to 100% humidity. The run actually wasn't too bad. Worst part was that I was pouring sweat, but due to the humidity, it wasn't helping to cool me down. Ran 2.25 miles and walked 1.

    Also 15.25 miles/20 walking.

Welcome @WandaVaughn! There are a few others on here that are running the ISS virtual race too, but I forget who.

Very good to hear your Dad had a good birthday and is doing well @kgirlhart!

Cloudy and mid 60s F this morning. Couldn't really find a rhythm -- either my legs were ahead of my lungs or my lungs were ahead of my legs. Think I'm starting to wear down mentally; need a weather change to perk me back up.

You and me both sir! How about we trade weather, that will be a change for both of us. You can have this 83F / 90% humidity at 5am, and I'll take your cloudy and mid 60sF!

    Hey, everyone.

I don't know if any of you are friends with @PastorVincent on facebook, but I just saw a very horrible message from his wife.

She posted to say he passed away Monday from underlying health conditions?

I don't believe it. I am utterly heartbroken. But also. I don't believe it.

I don’t believe it either. How can this be. Not another!? Devastated.

Reason and my experience with living tells me that this is not a joke. But I am absolutely 100% devastated. His poor family. And what happened. He was fine?! or so we thought?

You know, I was just thinking this morning that he hadn’t posted in a couple of days and that it was strange. 😢
